“I visited Ideal on 10/23/2025 to purchase lumber to build a deck. Their prices were great but what really impressed me was the staff. They were friendly and very professional. They appreciated the business and and treated me like I had been a customer for years. I was not aware, these days, a company could be so customer friendly. Hoke Jones Salem, Va.”

“Ordered a patio table & chairs. When the delivery was made the driver made a big mess in our brand new lawn driving on it with a fork lift. I called Home Depot and their insurance contacted me in a couple of days and paid for our original contractor to make the repairs. I sincerely appreciate them making it right. And, I love the new patio set.”
