My experience with this body shop was awful. I was sent text messages that my car would be fully repaired on Monday the 23rd. I didn’t get my car until the following Wednesday, which was fine but all communication stopped after Friday. I pick up my car one afternoon And the representative working told me that he didn’t know what repairs were done to my car that he had just transferred to that location from Salem Location. When looking at the repairs done to my vehicle, the bumper, fender, nothing is lining up. There were bolts missing. I had to take my vehicle to have a corrective estimate done and now be repaired by another shop. Do not get your body work done here!

A tree fell on my vehicle. Caliber Collision on Franklin Rd made the repairs to my car. They were completed quickly and as promised. Matt was excellent to work with. All the employees were courteous and friendly. We are extremely satisfied with the repairs. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

My vehicle was damaged by a hit and run. My insurance carrier provided me links for body shops to have my vehicle repaired. I personally work for an insurance company and I knew exactly what body shop I wanted to use to do the repair work. I’m glad Caliber Collision was on that list because their expertise and quality of work speaks volumes. My vehicle looks amazing
