I switched insurance and was no longer a ccs medical customer but I got a bill from them from 2 years previous. So I sent them a payment and I kept getting bills from them. I contacted them and sent a copy of check that was payable to them that had cleared my bank. They looked at check and said it wasn't cashed by them and to contact my bank to see who cashed check. I paid the bill again to keep from going against my credit. I would not recommend CCS Medical unless you don't have a choice.

I am so disappointed in a medical supply company that keeps losing my records,,I am now in my 4th month of trying to get the dexcom 7, paid my part a month ago, they keep saying they are waiting on update medical from my doctor's office, the last time they said they can't get a response from my doctor's and I was sitting in the doctor office with his nurse while she was talking to ccs

Good luck getting through on the phone. I had a prescription sent and was told they would get all necessary documents, they were notified that same day that it needed prior authorization and waited 10 days until I called them to bother contacting my insurance for prior authorization. Now here I am a week later with no updates, waiting an hour just to be transferred from person to person on hold to see when they will ship my order that was sent to them over 3 weeks ago.

I Was getting my insulin pump supply’s from this company but I had to move to a different supplier. Every time I would call I would spend an hour on hold to talk to someone who doesn’t know their job. Customer service with them is very poor. If you have the option to use someone else it will probably be a much better choice.

Horrible company. They don't understand TriCare 4 Life, I verified coverage then I called CCS Medical back to inform them of my verification. I was interrupted, talked over and treated rudely by customer service rep. Run don't walk from this company.

I will definitely agree with some of the comments. This company most certainly misplaces paperwork and give out misinformation. I called in to check the status of a P.O. for an insulin pump. It was stated that they did not receive it. I asked the question did they need chart notes and the reply was that they received them. This made me realize that this company does not do good job at uploading nor handling of the paperwork. When I faxed the chart notes, attached on top of them was the P.O. form. So how could they get the notes but not the form?When it gets like this you have to refer out to other companies that take the same insurance as CCS.

This place is a joke. I worked here for 6 months. The lack of training and favoritism is off the charts. Was let go due to death in my immediate family asked Hr for a month off and was let go Instead during a pandemic with no second glance. Also was told by my manager that she didn’t believe or agree in my lifestyle (LGBT) but she didn’t have an issue with it. Lots of gossip and wrong doings here. Wouldn’t recommend ordering supplies or getting a job here the management is poor quality everyone talks about everybody and their personal lifestyle.

This company is a joke. I apply for a job, receive a call from a recruiter, I call the recruiter back same day leave a message and send an email, only to receive a call back 4 days later that my voicemail was overlooked Oh and the position has been filled. Really, do not think I would want to work for such a company. Obviously not quite detail oriented, yet expect candidates too be. This company needs to find better recruiters. Zero star rating. Just incompetent employees.

We have used ccs for over 10 years now for my husbands insulin pump supplies. We have always had great customer service and supplies are delivered promptly. They helped with the transition from animas to mini med pump. Couldn’t have gotten through that without them.

Incompetency at its finest. Each and every order I attempt to place is met with some new form that must be completed, missing fax, or some new excuse. Like many others I’m forced to utilize their services due to my current insurance plan. I’m beginning to truly believe they instruct their representatives to blatantly lie to their customers, even on their own recorded lines. Explore all possible options before using this company.

CCS Medical is the worst medical supply company I have ever had to get my supplies from. Unfortunately I have no choice, but to use them as they are the only supplier my insurance is contracted with. If you can possibly use another company do So!
