You will be happy with the Charles Schwab branch in Roanoke. Kevin McFarland was a true professional, knowledgeable and helpful when I transferred my Ameritrade account to Charles Schwab. I traded with Scottrade until they were acquired by Ameritrade , I was with Ameritrade until their acquisition by Charles Schwab. I like having a Charles Schwab office where I live, so I contacted Kevin McFarland and the transition to Schwab went very smoothly.
