I went to get an estimate and they never called me back to give me a estimate is been over a month and half and when I call they never answer the phone. I tried giving them a chance but first impression is everything and wouldn't recommend this establishment if it was the last collision shop in Roanoke.

Their service was great, and all repairs were completed in a timely fashion. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend Checkered Flagg Collision Center to anyone.
