Management is horrible. Wilma is a racist. They don't clean the way they are supposed to. I worked there overnight and got treated so horrible. I wouldn't waste my time going here.

This place sucks. Pumps are the slowest I’ve ever seen. The air pump is also in bad shape, takes forever, and has no gauge. Don’t come here for gas or for air in tires. You’ll never get to leave

Absolutely the worse customer service I have seen. The woman in the morning has a disgusting attitude , God forbid ? you have to ask her a question and she actually has to speak.

Well..from out of town working. Didnt bring my vehicle. Finished working at 1:30 AM. Wanted something to eat. Looked up stores open close by. Waked .4 mi to store. Sign on door says they close at midnight. Which is fine..but get online and change the closing time. Because online it says \\\"open 24hr\\\".

I would most certainly give this place store zero stars if I could. Typically, I only review people that I would like to praise or brag on their business. But the country store, has items marked for prices that the matching product tag shows up $4.89 but yet they wanted to charge over $10. They told me it must be an "old tag on it," then honor the price tag you have on it. I passed this store daily, but I will never give them any of my money.

I've lived in Roanoke now for 6 years. And I just walked out of there and realized not one time, have I been in this place and have met one friendly person. Everybody who has ever worked here, and works here today, is extremely rude and needs to get a personality. 90% of the time I go out of my way to avoid this store

My wife went in to buy 2 packs of cigarettes. The cashier was rude- her card got declined multiple times- Apple Pay said it’s because of invalid merchant information, meaning their computer was messed up. She got screwed out of $5 in mobile coupons. Most country stores get a 5 star rating for service, cleanliness and convenience. Not this one!
