Very unhelpful told me I had to spend another 90 some dollars after I just put a $55 card on a brand new phone and what are the new number and it didn't give me a number. Verses tell me how to fix it and you can't get through to customer service unless you have a phone number

Manager Nunez had no problem "breaking policy" calling me as the only verified user to add multiple lines to the account for commission, but when my wife needed to replace a sim card for me, she was unable to due to policy and couldn't call me to verify (since no commission). Prior transaction with adding lines was a nightmare and added a bunch of fees and bills that should not have been charged, but was told there was nothing they can do.

Steven R. Is the salesperson that we had, He was rude and very arrogant. He acted like he could fix my phone. However, I had to go to another store to get my phone fixed because he had no idea what he was doing.

Phone service itself is good and the people at this location were nice. The 3 stars is because of crickets hotspot service. Watch them. They're ripping everyone off on their hotspot data usage. Saying you've used all your data, when you really haven't. Trying to get you to purchase more
