Wasted over a half hour trying to get a real person on the phone to ask one simple question that isn't answered online or through the automated phone "service". Store is listed as open until midnight, yet whatever associate is currently working continues to pickup & hang up the phone, refusing to take my call... Completely disgusted with the blatant disregard for common courtesy or job duties. Nowhere else in town that sells medication is open this time of night anymore & now it will be another 7-8 hours before I can get simple over the counter medication after being in the emergency room for over 12 hours... Thanks guys, way to be professional. I'll take my business to Walgreens or even Walmart from now on before ever even stepping foot in one of your stores ever again. If I could leave zero stars I would. Good job jerks...

Extremely slow inside and on the drive thru line...always blaming it on short staff or covid when I personally witnessed careless conversations amongst staff taking up more time while customers wait...full service is a joke here

The check out register employee was sitting on the counter looking at her phone when a few of us walked in today on 2/26/22 around 11:40 a.m.Then when I was ready to check out and use the self check out that same employee was checking out someone in the self check out. The customer had a cart full of items and the employee was scanning all of the items for the customer, in the self check out (!!!!) That caused a long line so they had to call an employee to the front to ring up customers. This was not efficient and quick at all!

Update: went today to pick up medication. It was for my dog so I don't get notifications. Waited in line at the pharmacy for 15 minutes to find out it's not ready. Not allowed to pay for my ibuprofen at the pharmacy so I had to go to the front where I waited in line another 7 minutes. I think I'm done with CVS.

I've never had this much trouble filling a regular medication I need every day. You'll call to check the status, only to arrive and be told it's out of stock- every month you fill it. Only once you show up in person do they start refilling and tell you to wait a couple days!I'm certainly not returning to this CVS as they cannot maintain an adequate inventory nor handle their existing client base in a respectable fashion. If they could at least communicate their inventory issues I could better plan my day, but they continuously fall short on their service delivery.Staff is understanding and communicative, but the lack of proper business management for necessary meds is incorrigible.

I've been calling for over two hours 11:00 until 1:30.No one picked up phone at the pharmacy or up front. Wanted to make sure they received my prescription and if the meds were in stock.Very poor customer service. 24 hr ????

A friend brought an EMERGENCY ROOM prescription for a NEBULIZER to this pharmacy 3 weeks ago. They had to order it, they said. Today we went back to pick up another prescription, from Med Express, to remedy a severe asthma attack caused by not giving her a nebulizer for 3 weeks ! Not only did they not have any of her asthma medication in stock. They also still did not have her nebulizer. This is a gross oversight and unbelievably negligent for a business which is responsible for the health and well-being of their clients. The store and pharmacy managers should be fired. The company needs much stricter oversight of this location. DO NOT RELY ON THIS PHARMACY TO PROVIDE YOU WITH MEDICATION OR DEVICES NECCESARY TO KEEP YOU OUT OF THE HOSPITAL !!

CVS Minute Clinic feels like it genuinely saved my life this week. The doctors were literally the nicest people I have met practicing medicine. I have never had such a positive experience leaving a medical practitioner's office. They listened to my concerns and actually took their time with the examination. I left feeling validated and taken care of.The convenience of having the pharmacy right there is top notch in my opinion. One stop for your visit and your medication. Pharm techs were super kind and friendly as well.I don't plan to be sickly in the Roanoke area again, but if I am I'm definitely going back :)
