Went 7 times to pick up my meds it’s always something new don’t bother calling in your meds there gonna say “ will get it ready in a hour” after they had already told me I called it’s endless loop with them nothing ever is ready white guy is great he’s always helpful and the Hispanic lady the rest are something

The staff and manager at the CVS on Brambleton Avenue in Roanoke VA go all out to help their customers. I always receive the extra help I may need if a problem arises.

James and the pharmacist are extremely professional. I needed medication transferred and filled from another pharmacy and they made sure it was done. James went over and beyond. I am so happy this is my pharmacy, I recently moved from New York where everything is so complicated and the people are so rude, it is so nice to have a breath of fresh air. Everyone Is just pleasant and professional at this CVS?

This by far the worst pharmacy ever. The male that works there is soo rude and cuts you off when you talk or ask questions. He also gets very condescending and treats you like a burden if you don’t understand something. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a pharmacy.

The arrogance of the male staff here from the techs to the pharmacist is off the charts. I only say male because when I’ve had interactions with the female staff, it was a completely different experience.

In the past I have had a lot of issues with cvs pharmacy. However, I have had a few people now go above and beyond to help me in recent months. I have also noticed they have hired a few people who have all worked in a timely manner to help. I am hopeful all of them keep working there! Thank you.

I am not one to review, but this pharmacy is so TERRIBLE that I feel that I have to. The people who work here are the most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever come into contact with. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect. I am finally switching to Kroger and getting away from this horrible pharmacy. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I wish I could give them zero stars!

Worst customer service. The staff is extremely rude, condescending, uncaring, and incredibly unhelpful and I absolutely dread having to ask a question because of the way I will be talked to. Unfortunately this is not just a one time instance that has brought me to writing this review. It has been numerous times being treated so awful that I finally had to review this terrible staff so that hopefully I can help someone else from being treated this way.

Worst pharmacy. Staffing is horrible. Hours are changed without notice. Pharmacy sat on a Rx for 24-hours (I could see it was in process on their app) and the excuse for not having it ready was "we iust received it". Even though this is the most convenient location for me, I have driven 15 minutes out of my way to go to a different pharmacy just to get service after being beyond frustrated with this location. It would be great if they're corporate office would come in and overhaul this location. There is a community here that needs better.
