I wish I could give this pharmacy -1 star. That pharmacy manager Tammy so damn rude. I don’t see how CVS has somebody who’s so unprofessional in a management role.

This place has really went downhill. The staff are almost nonexistent when you go in there to get something they shout at you to use the self checkout and there’s no one there to help. I’m calling them now because my job I work at suggests we use CVS to get more discounts on prescriptions but I’ve been on hold right now for 35 minutes. I’m going back to Walgreens. I might have to pay a few extra dollars but at least I get some kind of service there.

How do you close down a pharmacy when you have patients waiting on their medications to be pick up. With out calling the patient informing them your closing early due to the pharmacist not showing up for work? The nice thing would have been calling the patient to inform. And no it can't be picked up from another store due to being already in process at the original store. Very inconvenient!

In recent 2 months in my best estimation the store is more clean , organized , better stocked, Jarrett is very helpful and knowledgeable. He handles the locals with honor and respect. We live in a neighborhood of people who are not so easy to get along with. You can tell he takes pride in representing the CVS family and its customers.

Nagham and Jared up front are extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Also, pharmacist Brandon is extremely helpful, he is very attentive and always willing to help. I love going to this CVS because of them.

I wait in line only to find my prescription isn't ready. It was ordered two days earlier and the app was saying processing since the day before. It's now 5:30 pm. I wait about 20 minutes and am told it's ready and to go thru the line again. I get to the front and discover some missing; apparently the pharmacist adjusted my quantity because he assumed it was a mistake. Now I have to wait again to have someone fix it. Then I have to wait again in line to check out. People are getting off shift so it's moving slowly and it's a busy time. I get to the front only to find out they didn't run my insurance properly and try to charge me when I know I don't have a co-pay. The pharmacist didn't know how to run my insurance so one of the people leaving graciously stayed behind and showed him. And then I have to wait at the back of the line again to check out. Half way thru waiting and after 3 people already leave, I'm called over to the other register because the employee was late leaving and the pharmacist checks me out. I leave nearly an hour later after arriving. 40 minutes were spent waiting to fix mistakes and in line. I don't understand why I should be directed to wait over and over in the back of the line after they fix their mistakes; meanwhile a dozen plus people arriving after me are cashed out before I am because I'm waiting in line after line all over again. In essence, they fix the problem only for me to go behind 4-5 people each time to wait again instead of being taken care of so I can leave. This isn't the first time nor will it be the last. I've come to expect the worst at this location and it's unfortunate because it's the closest one to where I am while in Roanoke. I've had them order the wrong medications, forgetting to order my meds, to closing early without any notice leaving me with no meds. Mom's medications have been a mess several times as well. It's a shame because some of the pharmacy crew are very nice and efficient. It's the luck of the draw on who's working and more times than not, something is wrong with my order/meds.

When you try to call you wait for 30+ minutes, and you kinda gotta call because sometimes it takes DAYS to fill a prescription. I went every day for 9 days for a prescription and ended up getting it from a different pharmacy because it still wasn't ready on day 9. Go to the one at the corner of Williamson and plantation.

Honestly I wish I could also give them 0 stars. They are extremely rude and they hung up on me when I tried to check up on my prescription. This location has gone downhill significantly and it often takes them 30 minutes to service 5 people. I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

Basically, the sign that says "as a courtesy we won't fill you prescription at the window" is a load of baloney. The employee caused a 20 min hold up thus violating your own policy. Cars were turning around. Then she just laughed about it
