Purchased a couple “Skilz” brand soccer nets that broke after 2 uses, while in storage due to what appears to be a manufacturer defect. Dick’s was unwilling to help at all since I didn’t purchase their additional service fee. They’re selling cheap junk and want to charge you for customer service. (Skilz was almost impossible to get in touch with, web chat referred me back to Dick’s). Avoid the Skilz brand, and skip Dick’s too. Find a shop who looks out for their customers.

Bob in the shoe department was great at recommending and fitting me to a pair of running shoes. For the first time ever, he sold me on the importance of better insoles for a shoe as well to match my arch. Great service and patient with me throughout the process

When you walk in you’ll notice a picture of 2 guys holding fly fishing equipment. I found that funny because they carry 2 starter kits that’s all. What trash. Can’t even carry a pack of leaders.
