We purchased a new fireplace insert from Dixie and was installed on Nov 28, 2025, about two weeks in we started having some problems with the unit, I called this morning, 12/19/2025 and Kevin came right out to address the issue we were having, great customer support, thanks Dixie and Kevin for the greatfollow up and response. Before I give my review, I want to tell you that the logs haven’t actually been installed yet as they are going out of state and a second party will be doing that. I pre-shopped for my sister in West Virginia and was very pleased with the selection that they had and the service that I was receiving to get information for her purchase when she came to Roanoke. When we got there, they were wonderful. They explained things and my sister had had many problems with trying to purchasegas logs, and she’s been trying to purchase some for over a year. Other vendors for the section of West Virginia, she lives in. She had to travel to get them, and they just gave her the logs and that was it .Dixie products, explained it in a way that she can understand and she brought pictures and measurements to make sure that everything was as it should be And she made the purchase. I would recommend Dixie products to anyone that is having difficulty getting communications from the company that they’re trying to get logs from. They have most of the Displays in stock in Therewarehouse behind the store and they just loaded it up and she took it to West Virginia to have someone install it for her. She was very pleased with her purchase and I was very pleased with the way things went to keep her from being frustrated. I recommend that you explain to them everything that you’re looking for and when they tell you, they’re gonna give you something for free make sure it is what you need and not what they want to give you.
We were told that we were getting a free remote, which is wonderful, but it’s just an on off remote not a full remote with a thermostat. I need to go back and get one and drive it up to West Virginia, Virginia so my sister can use her logs the way they need to be used. . Had they told us we would’ve made the purchase while she was here instead of having to do the extra trip? I
recommend this company to anyone! They make the purchase so informed and easy that it is just a wonderful experience

We had issue with new fireplace remote. Problem was solved and Kevin went above and beyond solving something else that came up. We have dealt with Dixie for 16 years and would definitely recommend them.

We purchased an outdoor fireplace insert from Dixie back in April. Left it all summer in the box and six months later we called an installer to install it, only to discover we had the wrong insert. Dixie switched it out immediately. Dominick was incredible to work with. Highly recommend them! Thanks, Dominick.

We’ve had Matthew from Dixie Products come out to clean our propane fireplace for the past two years, and it’s so nice to see a familiar face again. He’s always punctual, friendly, and professional. He explains everything clearly and does a very thorough job with the cleaning. We really appreciate his excellent service and highly recommend him

Kevin went above and beyond to track down a hard to find accessory for our gas log set. He made us feel like a VIP customer even though this was our first time visiting the store. I will definitely be back! I highly recommend them.

Springs on my double garage door broke and of course would not open. Called Dixie Saturday midday, noon Monday the door was repaired. Guys did a great job at a very reasonable price. Thank you to everyone involved. Joe and Conner are great representatives for your company and they did an outstanding job.

Went in today to get a stick of garage door trim with vinyl flap. Only needed about 2 ft. but was prepared to buy an 8 or 10 ft piece. They had the exact match and GAVE me about a 4 ft. piece. The gentleman refused to take payment. They have an amazing showroom of QUALITY grills, fireplaces, garage doors, etc. I only moved to the area 3 years ago so still learning about local suppliers. Dixie Products is first class! I apologize for not asking the gentleman's name, but THANK YOU!

A+ service from Kevin Leap and his team. Could’ve ordered online through an online retailer, but glad I didn’t. Kevin kept me informed throughout the buying experience and went over and beyond when I had an issue a year and a half later. Buying local has its advantages - “service after the sale” is but one! They know their business and they care! Two thumbs up for Dixie Products!

They tried to price gouge me. Told me one price on the phone got there they wanted to charge me another price. Then I guess there manager who had no Professionalism or knowledge about the product told me that it wasn’t gonna match what I had. After driving 45 minutes and being disgusted, I told him I’ll just go somewhere else and take my business too

My customer ordered a fireplace and paid for shipping. The shippers were very rude. Then, after running gas to the unit, we found that it was defective. Dixie products was little help. My customer had to call the manufacturer. Still waiting for a resolution to the problem.

I purchased a Broilmaster gas grill in 2007 and after almost 18 years of dependable and reliable use, several parts finally needed to be replaced. Kevin provided excellent customer service and coordinated a warranty claim with Broilmaster. Within just a few weeks, the replacement parts were shipped directly to me.
Thank you Dixie Products for your extremely helpful staff and great product selection. Here’s to many more years of great grilling and doing business with you.

Can't say enough about how pleased I am with the service we received from Dixie. After being told by Skyline that it was not able to be repaired and we would have to replace the whole fireplace (estimated $10k-$12k), I wanted to get a second opinion. Dixie was very honest about saying they could not guarantee that they could fix it, but they would come and see what they could do. The technician was able to fix in in less than hour. - it's working perfectly! I'm glad I had Dixie come out, and I recommend them to anyone needing a repair/service, and will be using them on our fireplace if anything else comes up.
