This is a great store. This Dollar Tree is very clean and spacious. These newer stores always look huge and clean. This one is no exception. The staff here have been nice in my experience.

Website says 8:00 a.m. got here 8:05 doors locked, why didn't car called three times got through and someone's in there and they said they're not open till 9:00 cuz holiday hours but the website says nothing about holiday hours just says 800 a.m., so I wait in the car,

Great selection, but no staff! Standing in a 10 person checkout line right now. I know they want to keep costs down by reducing labor costs, but give me a break.

A standard dollar tree. Not as big as some of the other dollar trees so less of a selection. Parking was alright, but the lot is small and might be difficult to find parking during a busy time.

One of the few Dollar Tree locations (Oak Grove Plaza, Roanoke, VA) that has been able to maintain organization and relatively clear aisles since opening! It is a pleasure to shop here and not have to deal with unorganized and crazy mixed shelves and without pallets of boxed merchandise littering the aisles with empty shelves.
The only thing I could not locate when shopping today was general silk flowers, as seasonal Christmas colors and styles seemed to be all that was available.
Inflation has hit dollar stores, too. Everything is now $1.25, and it has been that price for a year. There is also a $5 aisle. Many items were smaller in size than last year at this time. The employee at the checkout was fast, efficient, friendly, and helpful. The store was clean, and many carts were available. The store was busy with shoppers and staffing seemed adequate.

Just picking up a few things and there is only one cashier and clearly no help at all, now been standing in line for over 15 miniutes for a few dollars worth of items seems a little in my opinion. They should really consider hiring employees. And appears the superior in this situation is too busy. It took longer to check out then it did to find the items I needed. I feel terrible for the lonely cashier. But she did wonderful and kept a smile on her face and should be commended in my opinion since clearly management is too busy to give her a hand. 5 miniutes to shop and 25 to reach the cashier is insane, personally management should be definitely have a reassessment.

I’m here Thursday at 10:55am to pick up an order and the doors are locked. I completely understand if there was some type of staffing issue but they should at least leave a sign on the door if that’s the case. Have seen 7 people try to go in in the 5 mins I have been here.
