Stopped by on my way home, met the gentleman who makes the donuts for this store.Best Dunkins ever!I have a store iny neighborhood, they're never as good as they were today.

Ordered a coffee. When handing it to me i told the gentleman that did not look right because it had sugar in the bottom, and he said if I stirred up there's still sugar with an attitide. I then told him I didn't want any sugar in it, that is not what I ordered and he told me that I didn't need to get an attitude- while he's telling me to stir up a drink that I did not order that I paid for. Excuse me?

The coffees are always great, but man the service is lacking. What’s the point of placing a mobile order for pickup in store 20 minutes before you arrive AND having a mobile pickup counter if they don’t make it until you either A) wait in line (could’ve just placed my order there I guess) or B) stand next to mobile pickup for 10 minutes until an employee recognizes you’re just waiting. Maybe it’s a corporate policy, not to make the food or drinks until the customer arrives, in which case I feel for the employees because they are for sure catching customer complaints for it. If it’s not corporate policy, then maybe more training and/or staffing is needed. 10/10 quality on the product at least!

No I will not recommend this store to anyone. Because in 02/10/2024 at. 10:00am I went to pick up my daily coffee order. I wanted to scan the coupon. A young female employee/ white. carelessly took my iPad to scan the Q Code. She asked me to hold on , apparently to confirm that the payment went through. I left my device in her hand , she dropped it down which caused a big damage in the screen. Costed me $110 to fix it in the “valley I repair shop” . I claimed the incident. But I have not hear from the store management however it is their liability. This store has Zero customer care service. I pay minimum $7 daily to get my breakfast. I am disappointed because I didn’t expect this rudeness and ignorance. I’m a full time teacher. Dunkin’ has been always my first choice to enjoy a coffee. I visited this Brand in three different countries “I travel a lot” this store in Roanoke-Towers mall is the worst with zero customer care.

If you order hash browns they're only going to give you three pieces covered in oil not cooked and smashed. The girl who works for breakfast counter hates her life, when you walk up to the counter she says "what do you want". The older African American lady is sweet and so is the guy who manages in the morning. Aside from the hash browns the rest of the breakfast food is rubber but if you're hungry it'll do.

I just left the drive-through, not one of the three employees had a badge on.I was told the manager couldn't add on anything at the window before payment was taken, they had very bad poor customer service. They all had a stank attitudes, and they acted like they didn't know what was on the menu. then they gave us a hard time about adding caramel to a drink.

Left early just to grab coffee before work, and in the 12 min between home and coming near the store, the online ordering shut off. Came to order inside and the doors were locked, but the drive through is always so slow I didn’t have time to sit in it.

You would think they cross train regions but they don't and nobody knows what extra extra means except New England Dunks. I ask for extra extra and I never get it so I tend to not go as much as I used to when I lived in Mass.

The cashier would not take my cash I was told they had no change for it. Added the second order onto my order. I was suppose to of gotten discount for the donut but given to the second order that was put into my bill. I started to drive off after receiving my order an realized she hadn't given me the second order. I tapped on the glass with my finger nail to ask about the second order. Then the cashier asked me if I was crazy for beating on the glass. Like umm what? I absolutely did not beat on the glass with my fingernail. Not a good experience.

I hadn't been to a Dunkin Donuts in 10 years and I regret going today. Being treated rudely and angrily for doing absolutely nothing is uncalled for. I don't need a performance or fake small talk. I'm not like that. Just don't want to be yelled at.It all started when someone gave me a Dunkin Donuts gift card. I didn't want to stop at this one, but this could have happened anywhere.I've never ordered food from an app to go pick it up in drive thru. Until today. I was rudely told that I should have stopped at the first window to tell them I was coming to pick up my food that I ordered from the app. ?? That defeats the whole purpose of using the app if I still have to stop at two windows.Anyway, I didn't say anything other than I'm here to pickup a mobile order and thanks. So I don't know why I got the anger. I think an incorrect assumption was made. I can't control that. Obviously.I didn't eat my food because I didn't trust it was okay after the behavior at the drive thru. I have no proof anything was done but when I saw the way the sandwich was thrown in the bag, I knew I probably shouldn't eat any of it just in case.Moral of this: if you've never been to Dunkin Donuts, you aren't missing anything.

Went in Saturday morning to hear explicit inappropriate loud music on the speakers with young children present. Asked the cashier to change the station. She asked the manager to change the channel due to back to back complaints and the manager, Vincent said "if people don't want to hear that they can go live in a cave".
