If I could leave 0 stars I would! My Mom rented a car over a month ago for our vacation. We received a call at 7 AM ( pickup was at 9) to tell her that they didn't have a vehicle. They never offered to help find another car or showed any concern at all. Thanks Enterprise for ruining our vacation! We couldn't find another car anywhere nearby.

Be fully aware of your options. They were very pleasant to deal with. After the fact I realized a different car would have been appropriate. I had to pay almost $300 out of pocket because I didn't realize I had a choice. Ask questions or you will pay more money than you can afford.

I had to get a vehicle to get back-and-forth to work, While my car was in the shop. The only problem was the car did not have the features I like. Like no SiriusXM, the controls on a vehicle where very difficult, and the tire pressure was not very good when I got it. But as a stop gap measure, it this job.

Look I've said before I'll say it again, Enterprise Rent a Car is by far hands down the best . They have a large selection of rides they are clean and well maintained. The locations are very convenient and the rates are really the best industry wide.However if you were asking me what truely makes this company stand out and over all others is the people that are part of the team. I've been doing business with these guys both for business and personal for years. They are hands down with our a doubt the absolute best . They are always upbeat and polite and have you ready to go upon your arrival. It's also been by experience that they want your experience to be positive. The go out of thiet way to make sure there are no issues and that your comfortable, If there is a problem they are reachable, and most importantly they do all they can to ensure your experience is a possible one and at the end of the rental your satisfied and happy you picked Enterprise for your rental needs.. I know this to be as true as true can get. I've seen it in action and been on the receiving end of their efforts. Which bye the way they did not have to do it, or go as fat as they did to accomplish what they did. Thus I can say i was more than happy at the situations end result.This is a great company to do business with. I highly recommend them and do so all the time. To any and all I'll tell you that you.can not go wrong when you rent from Enterprise,. It's money well spent and you walk away satisfied that you picked them.

I have used the Enterprise at the Hollins-Roanoke,VA located many times(6). They are always professional and accommodating. I defientely recommend.

Our Enterprise rental van broke down around 3:15pm. We immediately called enterprise roadside assistance. First we were told a tow truck was picking up a van from Myrtle Beach and bringing it to us then towing the van away. We were given a time of 4:45. At 5:30 we called and asked for an updated time…they said they had cancelled the tow truck from Myrtle Beach because enterprise roadside never notified them about the exchange. After this we called roadside assistance NUMEROUS times. NOBODY could help or give us answers on what to do next. Finally they wanted to send an Uber to take us to Fayetteville to pick up 2 cars to drive since they had no vans. After waiting more, we were informed there were no Ubers available and again, no one could help or give us ANY answers. Enterprise Rent-a-car let us sit on the side of a road in a parking lot with no actual offer to help in a vehicle they owned that had a mechanical failure! They were ok with 5 children being stranded for HOURS. The last employee we talked to advised to call the police and see if they can help. It was only after a tow truck saw us and stopped to see if we needed help that we were finally able to get on the road. Due to setting nearly 6 hours the vehicles battery died. When he recharged the battery the computer had reset and the van was no longer in “limp mode.” It’s disturbing that no one had any answers for us, no clue what to do. We were finally on our way home, no thanks to enterprise. It was thanks to a tow truck driver who decided to stop and help someone in need.Fast forward to today, I called the local office. They told me it was unacceptable that we experienced this (you don’t say!) They advised they would be sending a tow truck to pick the vehicle up from our home to avoid any potential problems. They said we definitely deserved some type of compensation but stated that would put a note for the manager to review and we’d get a call back sometime next week. AAA just called and had to cancel the tow they were originally scheduled for (in SC) because it was still showing active. They now state it could be late this evening before someone arrives at my home to pick the car up. Called the store back to confirm I wouldn’t be charged another day. The rep told me he could waive any additional charges since we were waiting on roadside assistance to pick up the car. That sounds well and good, but the answer should have never included the words “wave.” We should have been assured that they had no intentions of charging us ANYTHING ELSE. IT TOOK ME CALLING BACK TO HAVE A LATE FEE WAIVED. ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW ENTERPRISE!?!?!?What blows my mind every more through all of this is these sorry excuses for human beings thought we were still stranded on the side of the road and NO ONE thought to do something about that. #Enterprisesucks is an understatement.

SMH, As soon as I made my reservation, they called me to "confirm" once he heard my voice, it was a problem. They closed at 1pm, the time I made my reservation, and I have an out of state ID. It's 2023 and you still have hate . So sad to see. Shame on you Enterprise!!! Shop at the airport, not here!!!!Save your money.

Best rental experience I have ever had! Highly recommend this Enterprise location. The young man, Ryan, who manages and attends this Enterprise is absolutely fantastic. I changed my rental reservation three times this week. He called me each day to check on the status of my need to rent a vehicle and the need for a pickup from the nearby CarMax. Ryan was extremely accommodating and very very patient with all of the changes to dates and times for my pickup. The car was ready and waiting and it was even an EV with 200+ mile range. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much Ryan!

I initially was going to give a 5star rating. I filled the vehicle up, and dropped it off! They then charged me for 2 gallons of gas. I was basically told that they don't look at the gas tank, they look at the actual gallons, that the truck shows. So keep a gas can with you, so that you can top it off... or be prepared to pay some mediocre fuel charge!

Complete joke. Don’t bother even trying. Totally unprofessional and inadequate. Go somewhere else. After getting wild goose chases for two days no one could wait 20mins. after hours for me to get a car. He reminds me that there are 7 people in front of me waiting for cars too . Then refused to give me any number to make a compliant higher than him . Totally unprofessional and snotty Thumbs down ?
