I went to Express Family Care on Saturday with severe ear pain. Waited less than 10 minutes. Saw Dr. Alligood. Very nice and a great bedside manner. It was a very thorough exam. He explained his findings, answered all of my questions and prescribed medications. He printed out the detailed instructions on the medications. The staff is wonderful also. I would highly recommend going there.

Very impressed with this urgent care! Everyone on staff was super friendly, the wait was a bit long but they were very understanding about it and moved quickly once it was my turn. Felt like they truly listened to me! Would absolutely go back here.

My dad was seen here and received excellent care, the front desk staff is efficient and friendly. Amanda (PA) and the nursing staff were very helpful and professional. Very clean and well run facility, highly recommend!

Paid $159 to be told, and I quote, "you have some kind of virus, I'm just not sure which one". Sent me home with a cough suppressant that seems to be making my cough 200x worse and far more painful. I called and asked to speak with the doctor that saw me. I was told I would be given a call back in 30 to 40 minutes and almost 2 hours later I get that call. The doctor didn't even speak with me and the front desk told me to take Robitussin. It's obvious they don't care about your health. Going to the hospital now.Update: I have bronchitis. Something the doctor at this place said I 100% don't have. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION.And if MedExpress sees this, I want my $159 back from you con artists.

They put me in a closet with chairs, played music loud enough my head hurt, and I can hear the room next to me.Doctors are nice though so is front desk. But I've been here for more then 30 minutes and I'm sick and sore.

Cannot express enough how much care you get here. The owner saw our daughter after hours because she was having an allergic reaction. They listen and care and truly have all their patients interests first. Cannot give enough praises.

I felt heard and taken care of. They took their time to find a prescription that wouldn't interfere with a preexisting condition. I'll definitely be back if I need an urgent care visit in the future. In and out in ~45 minutes as a new patient, wonderful experience.

Went here to get my physical took an eternity just for the doctor to come but the staff is very nice would recommend they have tv in the rooms ?

My husband took our son in Saturday because his neck was visibly swollen and he couldn't eat because it was so painful. They sent him home with nothing and said he was probably getting sick. He ended up having oral surgery Monday for a stone in his salivary gland. I guess they don't really know my child, but this is a kid who hates to go to the doctor and wouldn't ask to go unless there was something wrong with him, not just a cold. What a total missed diagnosis. Maybe you need to slow down and listen to your patients or just give up the practice of medicine before you hurt someone because you can't listen.

Express Family Care Bonsack has been my primary source of medical care MANY times . As a nurse, the good news is they are always helpful, kind, and professional, not to mention~ affordable. You truly could not ask for better service! The wait can be long (!!) but it beats the 30 to 60 days the PCP offers especially if you are sick or need that school physical. Bring a good book or some IG reels to watch- It's worth it.

They have a amazing staff however you happen to get a bad apple and it ruins everything else. But overall it's a great place to get quality care
