Dr Palmerton has always been the absolute best.
He referred me to the best specialist and surgeons in Carilion and I have done very well with some serious issues.
It's hard to get an Alzheimer's patient out of the house sometimes but my mother would be up and dressed if she knew she was getting to go see Dr Palmerton.
It makes me very sad that he just retired, at the same time I'm very happy for him.
His nurse Grace has always returned my calls promptly, been friendly and always thorough.

“Very good experience there today. Caring staff. No real wait. I definitely would recommend them. And anytime I need urgent care anymore, I’ll be going there. My regular PCP disappointed me today. Apparently I’m not that important to them. My previous doctor I had for over 35 years would always take me in same day. If not him, another doctor there would see me.”
