If you pay with cash, count your change. I tried to pay with a card, but for ‘some reason’ the card transaction wasn’t working. So I offered to pay in cash and was asked if mostly ones was ok. “I’d have to go in the back and get more 10s.” I just trusted the guy and was shorted by several bucks. Won’t happen again.

I have to say this is one of my favorite stores because they always go above and beyond. I create calendars for family each year on-line and pick up in the store. This year I picked a horrible template on-line and it looked awful...Veronica took the time to see if there was anything she could do to salvage the work I had done or I would have had to start all over. She was able to make the photos full page and printed a sample one so I could review and confirm it was what I wanted... And I got a call a few hours ago, I was in the store yesterday with the issue. Veronica said your calendar is ready for pick up. You can't ask for better service, professional, friendly and knowledgeable... I'll be back again next year if not sooner. Great job!!

We worked with Veronica and had an amazing experience! We called for some last minute signs to be printed and she was super helpful, responsive and easy to work with. She made a stressful situation so much easier and we appreciated all of her hard help. I don't know anyone else to name in the store, sorry, but Veronica was amazing!

The shortened version: This is the worst fed ex office ive been to by far. Total lack of customer service. Last time I was in town I went in person where it took way too long to do a simple task with a less than warm reception from staff. Im needing another small simple print job that arose while ive been here (i live 3hrs away) - trying to make sure they can do it before i drive there 20 mins each direction…Im currently on hold now for 16mins…still waiting

Went into the store the other day to ask a simple question 3 people were working one was helping a customer shop a package. When the worker was done with the customer he was messing with packages and the other two employees continued to look at there computers i was never greeted never told i will be with you in a moment nothing just ignored. Another customer came in after me and was helped and i was still ignored so i just left. Honestly will not be back for any printing needs.

I understand the front of the store has self-serve machines, but when I walk back and stand at the "service counter," that means I need assistance. I found being ignored for the longest, then only coming over after I asked twice is beyond rude and unprofessional. Horrible experience.

*Update: i updated my rating because the people they have hired since my last review are so nice and polite. The lines can get long but they are always professional. *The lady working yesterday was very rude to me. I brought in a retun package and she proceeded to tape the already taped box and snapped "this is just the favorite part of my day". I was confused as to why she was retaping the box and why she would have said that. Thinking I must have misunderstood I said " I'm sorry, what did you say"?She repeated "this is just my favorite part of the day having to tape boxes". She was quite bent out of shape and then shakes her head in disgust. I didn't even know what to say. First and last trip there.

I had a return to make with a QR code. I went to the Fed Ex location near me in Moneta VA, and was told that they could not scan QR codes because they were not a "real Fed Ex site". I was referred to the kinks in Roanoke. When I arrived, I was the 7th person in line. Each return took about 5 minutes. When I finally got to the front of the line, there was no greeting or apology for the wait. I am very reluctant to deal with Fed Ex in the future.

Not great service. I brought an item in to be packed up and they told me it would take an hour. I showed up an hour later and they hadn’t even started packing it yet. I was not able to ship it out in time due to the slow service. Be prepared to wait an unnecessary amount of time.

I'm an over the road truck driver. They were holding a package for me to pick up. My truck broke down in Missouri and they said they would hold it a little longer. They didn't. They returned it to the shipper. Now the item is out of stock, and I can't get it for my son. Worthless, lying scumsuckers who don't respect truck drivers work here.

Came in for my monthly print. Some rules had changed (supply chain and cost issues) and I didn't have time to buy colored paper elsewhere and come back. Even though print jobs require a little notice, Ryan was able to take my unexpected request and get me what I needed on time. Very professional, very pleasant. Thank you Ryan and FedEx!

Rude, rude, rude! They answer and ask whether they can put you on hold—saying they have customers. I waited a very long time. I eventually hung up and called back. I asked whether I could ask a quick question. She said, “No, I have customers so you have to hold” and put me on Hold without hearing my question, or waiting for my response. I started to speak, and she ignored this and put me on “Ignore”.I had called with a simple question: whether I had to leave work and immediately drive the 1-hour to get a package to them asap, or whether it makes no difference, and driving to them the next day would still get the important package to it’s destination within 3 days. The question determined the timing of an urgent package; the answer would have told me whether or not to leave work. She had No Idea what the question was. I understand waiting on customers in front of you—I don’t understand why phone customers are disregarded and Rudely put on hold rather than being able to ask a question that affects an urgent situation.How about rather than Ask if they can put us on hold / they simply say: “I’m putting you on hold-like it or not—regardless of how simple your request is, because phone calls aren’t important to us”

Customers aren't as d*** as they seem to think. We know when we're being ignored on purpose and being made to wait just for the sake of having people wait. I am impressed by how much power they hold.?
