didnt show or call for day of delivery that had appointment set up, then scanned shipment as attempted at 630pm that night, which was bogus. This was on a friday.fast forward to monday, and still no word from fedex. both phone numbers provided do not work at the current time. called corporate and they couldnt reach anyone at the roanoke facility either.stuck in the lurch at the moment wishing i would have gone with another company.***UPDATE*** Was just sent a bill for $166 as a redelivery fee for the item that was never actually attempted to be delivered the first time. Love it......
