I went here because my right rear tire kept losing tire pressure. They found a nail in the tire, but couldn’t patch it (patches need to lie flat) because this was on the curved part of the rim. I have a Subaru with all-wheel drive. If you have all-wheel drive, you know the rule of thumb is all four tires need to be replaced. But the service tech came in and told me because these tires were pretty new, there was a lot of tread left on the tire in question and they would only need to replace the one. I am giving them 5 ⭐️ because they did not have to be honest with me. Once I heard it couldn’t be patched, I expected I’d need to buy 4 new ones. Once all my covered services have expired at the dealership, I plan to take all my car needs here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and the manager, Josh Wells.

Staff who made the appointment told me exactly when to come. I ended up being 15min late but they took my car in right away, performed the service prompt. The service staff provided excellent customer service. The waiting area was clean and pleasant. I’m very pleased with this shop

I scheduled an appointment with this location to have some services done to my vehicle that were immediate and was told that everything was fine and that I should be able to pass state inspection despite the current state of my vehicle. Their information was untrue and incorrect and now my vehicle still has the issues that should've been fixed the morning of the appointment. I have been coming to this location for many years and have never felt so rushed or pushed out the door as I was during my last experience. Do not do business at this location and do yourself a favor by visiting a different Firestone location. It appears everyone's too busy or unbothered to do what their title(s) state and what they get paid for.

The ease of scheduling my appointment was definitely a win for me. On top of that James the store manager was very friendly. I love how straight forward he is and how he doesn't try to push extra services on the customers. I enjoyed my experience so much I brought my boyfriend in the next day.
