I always had a good experience until they got under my hood. Told me I needed a new alternator. I had replaced it and it's the cleanest part under the hold..so a year passes by and I finally take my paperwork and the stats on my alternator to show the alternator still didn't need to be replaced and they would of replaced it had I said yes. That's the least of it. But with that proof alone it got me 1k back. Don't trust them. Unfortunately, a bad egg or 2 or 3 can easily give a location or the company a bad name for anyone who works there.

Only thing firestone is good for is their lifetime alignment so you don't have to keep paying for an alignment. Otherwise it's nothing but trouble had an inspection failed over a bearing that was not bad and a light bulb that hasn't been there but wasn't failed on the previous inspection also done by firestone the year before

Alex was great.. The tires he recommended are fantastic. The tires the dealer put on were garbage. Road noise, I felt every bump..Those problems are non existent with the Bridgestone tires Alyx recommended. I'm completely satisfied ?.

Call the store they tell you I bet low pressure light did not come on did not drive far I have cal I alway check all my tires this could have got somebody kill not more then couple 100 on it

I came in without an appointment as I'd had an unplanned tire issue. They were finished much faster than they originally thought (in fact I ended up unintentionally making *them* wait as I didn't think to check my phone until the time they originally thought it would be ready, plus it was ready just after I'd grabbed something to eat nearby), and I liked the extra inspection they did of other parts of the car as part of the service.
