Was very satisfied with the service. We had ordered tires from Tire Rack delivered to the store. The service was prompt and done quickly. The tires are balanced and ride is smooth. The only reason we give 4 stars and not 5 is trying to nail down an appointment. My advice—call store. Don’t use online reservation service. Ok 2 phone calls to get appointment nailed down.

Thank you Eli and all the team. I could not believe that they had my Subi ready so quickly. What a great experience. I will bringing all my cars for tires and service. I will be telling all my friends hopefully bringing in new business.

I had a 2 o-clock appointment. Didn't get my car in until 3:30 PM. Also, refused to give me an inspection sticker. THEY HAVE NO APPOINTMENTS FOR INSPECTION STICKERS EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR BRAKES.

I've gone to this Firestone twice in the last month at 7am to get a tire plugged and both times there is only one guy at the counter and no technicians. If you open at 7am you should have people to work on cars. It's very misleading to post your hours online for 7 and not be able to do any work for over an hour.

We were driving back from Long Island NY, when we developed a leak in the right rear tire. I contacted The nearest firestone en route, called, and they told me they could get me right in, and they did upon our arrival. We arrived to our reserved hotel a little later, but safely thanks to Josh and his team, Thank you

Absolutely terrible experience today, will not be back to Firestone. Came in around 7:30a for a state inspection. I was initially told it would take sometime between my arrival time and 2pm before it would be done. So I sat and sat until 12:30p. At that point I went to the desk and asked for my key back and left without the inspection. Neither of the managers at the counter even apologized for the inconvenience, that was probably the most infuriating part. My car hadn’t even been taken back at that point so I seriously doubt it would have been ready by 2pm. I would’ve much preferred the manager to let me know they were at capacity for state inspections, I’m assuming this is why my car wasn’t getting serviced. It was still early I could have tried going somewhere else on my day off. Complete waste of time, this location use to be better !!!

Firestone is reliable convenient and can take car problems in when there are car problems not in two weeks like some local mom and pop place

We were traveling, and the AC went out on the car. The guys at Firestone got us all fixed up and on the road again fitting our car in on a busy Saturday. And their price was reasonable. 12/10 would recommend

I came in for an inspection and asked them to remove a stripped lug nut. They did my inspection and didnt even charge me for removing and replacing the nut. Great experience.

I called here and spoke to a woman, making an appointment for 3pm. Drove an hour there and was told they have no appointment for me and I talked to customer service not a store employee. The number I called was for this location. And of course they couldn’t do anything for me so I drove here for nothing. Their call/appointment system is pathetic.
