Truly bad customer service and disorganization. No complaints about work but when it came time to pick my car up when it was ready I came to pick it up and they tell me I have to pay. Not abnormal but I have a warranty that covers it all so it is. I explain it’s covered, I even get my warranty company on the phone and they try to explain that it’s covered as well, Nancy who was helping me, not only won’t listen but proceeds to get angry and loud with me telling me they’ve already called and it was denied. Also trying to convince me they never cover this charge when they have covered it for me at this exact Firestone two time previously.Again I have the company on the phone telling me it’s approved if they call and she’s saying it can’t be done but she will call tomorrow and see.Now I took an Uber here to get my car and I take an Uber home. Very frustrated to have wasted the money if it wasn’t ready. 20 minutes later she calls and tells me it’s ready and was approved. I’m already home!! The charge that “is never covered” was covered in under 20 minutes? She never even apologized for the how increasingly rude she was to me or for being very obviously wrong in her comment.Then I go get my car this morning 2/9/24 and the manager at the front says “make sure to pull the right ticket, Nancy had to call three different people to get this approved”No she didn’t. She didn’t call three different people in under 15 minutes and beg to get it approved. She called once after I left they approved it like they said they would and then they tried to pass it off like they had to fight for it. She was wrong and extremely rude and didn’t care when she was wrong or that a customer had to use three Uber trips to come get a car that should have been ready already.Absolute garbage water of management and if that’s considered good customer service, what a terrible time to be alive.

This used to be a really nice group of people who did good work. Unfortunately, the last time I called to inquire about the price of a part it was explained to me that unless I brought my car in and paid for a bumper-to-bumper inspection, they are unwilling/unable to provide a quote on any individual service.No, telling how much I've spent here over the last 15 years on tires alone But they just had to have that extra couple bucks.

I cannot state LOUD enough that shop ruined my dad's truck and has done nothing about it. My father, 84 years old got his truck aligned there. Long story short, the tech left a magnetic light bar under the truck, my dad unaware, was driving his truck in the mountain, towing a boat, all of the sudden his steering went out on a curve and he wrecked his boat trailer and tore up the back of his truck and physically injured his knee. Had truck towed to repair shop and they found the mangled magnetic light bar under the truck in the steering box and said that caused the failure. IF a lawyer reads this and wants to take his case, he has PTSD, knee issues, and the mangled light bar proving their negligence!

Paid $90 for Diagnostics. They didn't find anything wrong with it. Brought it home and fixed it myself in 20 minutes.

I had one of the best experiences ever with an auto inspection & repair garage in my 83 years at this Firestone on 2048 Electric Road in Roanoke. The manager was one of the most gracious and caring auto service employees with whom I have ever worked. I arrived at 7:00 AM on Monday, August 28 for the annual inspection, an oil change, an a brief diagnostic check. and learned that there were about 12 customers ahead of me. I had two therapy appointments beginning at 11:00 AM and was preparing to cancel them when the most gracious and caring "manager," without my knowledge, moved me to the front of the line and my car was ready at 9:00 AM. In short, I am new to Roanoke since June 21, 2022, and I have been looking for auto garages for more than a year. I will continue to take my car to this Firestone Station as a new and committed customer. Tad Tadlock
