Maybe they're a lovely bank, but they're a menace to the area. It's been three nights of power-washing and poor sleep for nearby residents so that they can have clean bricks.

First the positives: Opening my accounts on 2 sepatate occassions was quick and easy. Now the negatives: their mobile app is TERRIBLE. You pretty much need it as to have a free checking you need e statements. That is fine; I like doing my banking online. Their app signs me out within seconds and no matter what I touch on screen whether it is menu or more info the app just signs me out. It takes 3 tries just to schedule a bill payment. It has me so frustrated I mailed a PAPER CHECK the other day because I did not feel like dealing with their app. Honestly I may switch banks unless this app gets less glitchy.

My boyfriend has been stealing checks from me, writing them to himself, and cashing them at this location. Apparently they don't check signatures because I've found out he's done it multiple times. Speaking with tellers at different branches they are baffled that the signatures were not checked.
