Luke was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. He was quick to answer our questiona and made our overall experience better. Morris was also very personable and was happy to take the time to explain in detail everything about our financing. I will be a repeat customer.

I had my car towed in on 9/29. Due to temporarily having an ignition interlock on my vehicle, I stated that the paper work was in the vehicle they would need to service it. I also stated the code I was recieveing from my Scanner. Feel free to play back the calls. Up until last friday I have recieved no calls or updates. When I did, it was to inform me of needing the paperwork that I already stated weeks ago was inside the vehicle all that was needed was there information. All of this was said to be noted for technician, but it obviously wasnt consideredong i was asked about the form friday.
I also asked if I should come there the day my vehicle was dropped off, or was the information provided enough to proceed, stated if they needed anything they would call me... I have tried to be as patient s possible but oct 29th will make it an entire month my vehicle has been there, I am struggle already in this economy and this is not helping my already stressful situation.
