Jaden and Holly were absolutely wonderful. Holly was full of energy, willing to let me drive several to decide, and was very knowledgeable.

The customer service here was simply amazing. I started with talking to Trevin, who was phenomenal and patient with letting me test drive as many cars as I wanted, never once complaining. He was super helpful when it came to pricing and giving details on each car. Then, Jaden was wonderful in breaking down the complicated finance aspect of the purchase. He was very thorough and patient through it all. Couldn’t have made it through all the nerves I felt without him. A huge thank you to Nicole. She was so kind and patient with me when I came back after walking away on Saturday. She, also, never once seemed frustrated with my millions of questions about the different cars. She made the entire process bearable and as easy as possible. Her and Jaden both deserve huge recognition for staying after business hours to help me, neither never once complained, even though I knew it had been a long day for them. Lastly, special recognition to all the others I came in contact with that I never caught their names. Each person was so friendly and welcoming, always offering help, a beverage, or simply just a smile. I’m so appreciative to everyone I came across on this journey of buying a new car.

After buying three Subaru vehicles from them in the past eight years trying to make a oil change appointment has to be three months out and waiting for over 2hrs presently at express service is unacceptable

Overall a very good buying experience. Star was great to deal with and very knowledgeable and helpful. Heather in the business office was also great to get things finalized. Feel like I have gotten great value for the money.

We went for a tire rotation and they cross threaded all of the lugs! Also everything we go for an oil change it takes 3 hours and they never fill up the oil.

*EDIT* They discontinued the express oil service where you pop in and get one. You now have to make an appointment. You cant make an appointment on the app/website, you have to call, so I did. The soonest availability is in DECEMBER. It is currently September. A 3 month wait is insane. So to keep my warranty valid, I have to visit another Subaru dealership and spend $140 on an oil change. Not really worth keeping this car now, when I can purchase from a different dealership that actually honors the free oil changes in a timely manner.

I bought my Impreza here a year ago, it’s the first time i’ve ever bought a car brand new. When I come in for oil changes the service team is incredibly nice. They always wash my car, and the free coffee while you wait is awesome too! I recently had an oil leak and called in to make an appointment. Melissa Sigmon helped me on the phone call and through every step of getting my car fixed. She was incredibly nice and always let me know what was going on, plus she answered all my questions. If I ever decide to get a different Subaru, I know it’ll be from Southern Team.

Very happy and quick to sell you a car, but the follow up service is beyond lacking.
FREE OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE IS LIE #1. THEY HAVE OVER A 2 MONTH WAIT TIME TO SCHEDULE AN OIL CHANGE. ASK THEM IF IT IS OKAY TO HAVE IT DONE ON MY OWN AND I AM TOLD IT MAY VOID MY WARRANTY BUT THEY ARE NOT SURE, BUT IT MIGHT. SAY THEY WILL GIVE ME A CALL BACK AND NO ONE EVER DOES. LIKE MOST PEOPLE IM NOT REALLY SURE WHEN WITHIN THE NEXT 2 MONTHS I WILL CROSS THE 6K MILE MARK. A 2 WEEK WINDOW I CAN UNDERSTAND, BUT 2 MONTHS, ILL ALWAYS BE WAY OVER OR UNDER THE OEM MILEAGE RECOMMENDATION IF YOU MAKE ME GUESS.
2 MONTH HORIZON FOR AN OIL CHANGE, IS IT DUE TO INCOMPETENT TECHS, OR IS IT A HUGE BACKLOG IN WARRANTY WORK??? WHO KNOWS, BUT DONT BELIEVE ALL THE BS ABOUT LIFETIME ENGINE COVERAGE AND FREE OIL CHANGES.
