A five-star experience from start to finish at Southern Team Volkswagen. I came in looking for a specific vehicle, and the team was incredibly helpful and efficient. Paul was an excellent salesperson. He was friendly, professional, and not one of those pushy types. Jaden, who handled the paperwork, was friendly, quick and professional. The general manager, Juan, was friendly and engaging; and it felt like he actually cared about his customers. I'll definitely be back for my next car.

When my daughter's 2020 Jetta was totaled, we went back to see Dustin Clark at Southern Team VW last week! We had a great experience in 2020 (test driving in masks and all!). We had an even better experience this time and purchased a 2025 Jetta. My daughter loves her new car! Dustin Clark and Jaden Kenny made the experience fun, easy and seamless. Thank you both!

The customer service at this place is horrible. My Jetta was jerking every time I drove it so I was told to take it to a VW dealership for a software update. I was told that they didn’t have any openings for another 2 months, but they would they would get it towed in and “try to get it in before then,” but that it was “unlikely”. There is absolutely no reason they should need to keep my car for 2 months just for a software update. 0/10 horrible customer service.

I came in for scheduled maintenance and inspection after setting up an appointment ahead of time. I was met by a service representative promptly and was given a rough estimate of cost upfront. The vehicle was brought back and serviced in a timely manner. No surprises, completely satisfied with the experience.
