Horrible experience! They’ll lie and tell you the vip pass is free then charge your card monthly. When I called to cancel the store clerk was rude and told me it was just policy but I could call another number to cancel. They were nice about canceling but wouldn’t give my money back. Just don’t go there unless you want monthly charges made when you didn’t even agree.

As far as the early teen kids being kicked out, I was in there shopping, those kids were disruptive, running around yelling, barking and growling. Making my child uncomfortable. As far as being without a parent, many store do not allow unaccompanied minors for this reason. Your children did not tell you how rude they really were. They were moving things all over the store, the employee did his best to not have to remove them, but after asking them once to calm down they continued, resulting in their removal. The teens and unaccompanied minors are the reason the mall has gone down hill.

My kids love the store. But be careful they try to get you to join the store club but don't tell you after 3 months it costs you money. It was very deceptive.

As others have said…BEWARE of SCAM!! You will be charged $11.99 per month for a VIP membership under the guise of a magazine subscription. Apparently this scam has been going on for years. The cashier will not tell you. You may have trouble figuring out that you are being charged. When you call to cancel magazines they will not tell you that you are being changed separately for a VIP pass. It will be hard to cancel!

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE VIP PROGRAM, cause it will automatically take you card info and start a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION of $12 and they WILL NOT TELL YOU about it, I found out I was paying every month for a subscription to the VIP backstage pass thing when the guy at the store that signed me up for it NEVER told me. Do better.

FYE is a very kewl and loaded store with many subjects to choose merchandise from. However, employees attitudes can make or break a store. After finding an action figure on their clearance with sale tag, I was told someones just been put on there and it's not our tag. Ummm then why do those items have the same tags on them. Would not honor the sale price. Made me feel like they thought I put it on there. Just rubbed me the wrong way. I will go to another store in the future.

Cashier asked me if I wanted to join the VIP backstage pass for 10% off my purchase, I accepted. However, the cashier did not tell me that accepting it would mean reoccurring charges on my bank account. Called customer service, cancelled it and got a refund. The cashier either chose not to tell me about the reoccurring charge or was not trained properly and didn’t inform me as they should have. Really like FYE but this is pretty scummy if this happens at other locations too.

They try to get you to join their “free rewards program” I asked the cashier if they would retain my credit card information and they said no. I went through the sign up process and in the ToC’s it says 30 day free trial and then $11.99/mo thereafter. Liars and a scam. Beware.
