They absolutely aced the switch 2 release. There’s 200 people still at Best Buy hoping for a chance at one and GameStop sold one to everyone who showed up and is now almost done.

I won a PlayStation VR2 Horizon Call of the Mountain bundle. I called GameStop to sell it because I don't play video games. A man I spoke with on the phone advised me to bring it in so they could check it out and probably give me some money in exchange.. I went out of my way to come here. When I got there, I was told “Oh, sorry, we don't take the headsets for these, there are hygiene concerns.” They could have told me that on the phone.. and my Call of the Mountain bundle is sealed in the box.. never been used. How could there be a hygiene concern? I appreciate you wasting my time!!! Roanoke GameStop can do better

One of my favorite stores! They are so dedicated that they even help me when I get stuck on my favorite game! Amazing staff! It's the best of the whole store (and they are pretty amazing with the products they offer!)

Terrible I bought a ps5 portal from there and it was broken and they did not let me return it never going back too this place in my life I do not recommend it and I talked too the manager too and she had a whole attitude and didnt take it back she a Karen

This location is a pretty large store. Especially worth the stop for used games since they carry a larger inventory.
