Gatewood Rose is an adorable little shop and a downtown Roanoke gem. It offers beautiful, lush plants and adorable gifts from local artists. The shop is known for its excellent customer service, with extremely knowledgeable and warm staff who are patient and helpful. They host lovely events like Plant Bingo on their patio, which is a highly recommended and smoothly run group activity. Gatewood Rose also creates stunning flower arrangements and succulent dish gardens for special celebrations, far surpassing expectations. This dream of a shop is a must-visit in town, filled with a world of knowledge and a wonderful selection that makes it hard to imagine the area without it.

The most adorable little shop, you HAVE to check it out when in town. The owner is so knowledgable and warm. I wish I could've bought every baby plant there. We did Plant Bingo as a group activity and highly recommend for an event, was laid back and went so smoothly.

I can not recommend this shop more highly!! My dear grandmother is in the hospital and I wanted to have some flowers for her room. The owner answered right away, had a flowering plant in the store, and it was delivered to her. I can’t tell you how much this brightened her day. Definitely go to this shop!!
