I inquired online, browsing the site to check out prices. I did not request information at all. Several days later a salesman shows up at my door soliciting their services even though we have many no trespassing signs on our property in plain view. I will stay with Cox at this point just because of this. Taking information from a potential customers browsing & then showing up at their door without is unacceptable! Especially with obvious no trespassing & no soliciting signs posted. Do better!

I went into the Glo-Fiber office at 216 Market Street and inquired about services with this Company. I am absolutely FED COMPLETELY UP with cox 'communications' and already before I have service with GF I am extremely happy with the Retail Sales Consultant, Rico! (Gill). He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to this Ole Gal. I look forward to getting rid of cox and going over to Glo-Fiber and for like a third of the cost I have been paying to cox. Thank you Rico Gill! I appreciated your knowledge and helpfulness and being Friendly and cheerful was an all ADDED BONUS! šāļøš

I am a potential customer. I have saw glofiber trucks in roanoke Virginia I went online to check service area the website states they service roanoke va but they do not service the sub division I live in they need to hurry up and get in my neighborhood

Great service while we were in Roanoke but god forbid you ever move away. Despite numerous conversations and emails and phone calls and ensuring that all turn off dates were correct and equipment returned, they still tried to charge me extra for ānot returning equipmentā and then never refunded the $120 deposit. Itās over 7 months now and they are still ducking my calls. - Jeff L

John, Trey and Tim were out fixing our WiFi due to a tree that had impacted our cable coming to our house. These guys were fantastic and worked very hard to solve the issue. Iām pretty sure they were working past the normal maintenance hours as well a huge thanks to them for that. Fantastic work ethic and professionalism. Glofiber for life šŖ

I have been with these guys for 2 years and never once missed a payment and I get behind due to job loss and suddenly they canāt setup a payment arrangement due to my payment being returnedā¦Service has been great but customer service is Terrible

Josh was great!! He was right on time. Very knowledgeable and he had to install a landline which is like a lost skill. Josh was friendly and my husband and I had a very pleasant experience.So far, the service has met our expectations. Looks forward to a long lasting relationship!

Just moved here and my experience with Glo couldn't have been easier to set up online. No issues with timing, but I booked more than 2 weeks in advance. Service was quick and easy for set up. Was done within an hour and a half. Now have better than ever internet which is really nice. Nothing beats fiber and it is clear here to me
