Why don't you share what your paying your CEO or VPs. Free product, are your people looking up what items are selling for then marking higher after you got it for free? I would like to see it posted how exactly 88 cents of every dollar goes to programs. . Why don't you post what your paying your CEO AND ALL THE CHIEFS and break down that 88 cents you say goes to programs and people. Are you paying employees based on their job or is Goodwill paying based on disabilities. Most people expect you to pay by job not by disability. Just some thoughts !!!

Update-Customer Service made things right.. I greatly appreciate it.Ordered from them online / auction site GoodwillShopOnline— marked “as is” but failed to disclose in the pics or in the comments section that the strap was torn .. paid close to 70 for the bag.. dishonest will be sure not to buy from them again

Our local Goodwill refuses to sell items to customers who follow the directions on the ticket and have the barcode of items in their hands, hateful managers, and known for lying. Do NOT support this business. We usually spend hundreds of dollars each month in ours but will never step foot in there again.

Well our Goodwill in the Roanoke Virginia Don't have senior discount that i know of But we do have different colors tag Day I love shopping at Goodwill even worked there for a couple of years as a Greeter Lakeside Plaza One Great Store and Staff Miss it there

Ordered a book on May 30th. and it's still showing that it hasn't been accepted by USPS!!!! However, ordered a book from the Charlotte, NC Goodwill on the same day and it was delivered on June 2!!! What's wrong Roanoke???? I realize I was told to expect delivery 6/6 or 6/7; however, that's what Charlotte Goodwill told me and their book arrived on 6/2. The book FINALLY moved today 6/5 and now it's in Greensboro!!!! I'll be lucky to receive it by 6/7. Seven days after order and I live in the Roanoke Valley!!!!!! Extremely poor service.

As a foster family who actually NEEDS to shop at goodwill, the price increases are unacceptable. I literally can’t afford to shop at a thrift store. THAT is insanity. By the time it’s discount day, all that’s left is stained Walmart items. The amount of profit this company makes is astronomical, and it now can’t even serve families that actually need to buy clothes there. So disappointing.
