The store is always a mess. It’s crazy that they’re charging thrift store prices for a bin store experience. This is the ONLY Goodwill I’ve ever gone to (that’s not an outlet or a bin store) where I’ve had to dig through the items on the shelves to find anything. You can charge $8.99 for a vase or you can make me hunt and dig for items, you cannot get away with doing both. Especially when the items include broken glass and porcelain. Like, why am I risking tetanus to find a $15 Three Stooges commemorative plate?
Also, the employees shouting, “Just so you know, we close in thirty minutes!” Whenever someone walks in at 6:20 is another major issue at this location. 1.) they always estimate that their closing 10 minutes before the actual closing time and 2.) why on earth would anyone ever need to spend 30-40 minutes in one Goodwill? The employees are way too concerned with what time they get to leave than actually making sure the customers are having a good experience; which includes placing items neatly and unbroken on the shelves.
I also heard one of the older female cashiers call a girl “stupid” after she left one time because she was wearing a tank top in February. This isn’t a lie, it was 70° outside, but she called the girl “stupid” for wearing a tank top in winter. Again, it was 70° outside. Wouldn’t it be just as dumb to wear a big sweater in 70° weather, even though the calendar says February? It made me so mad! Who dresses for the calendar and not the weather?!
They need to just remove the management at this location and start fresh, because it’s a joke all around.

The bathroom is NASTY. It looks like no one clean it in weeks. It's disgusting and horrible. I can't believe y'all let customers use the bathroom.

This goodwill is trash now, it used to be decent two years ago but really went downhill, and their prices are outrageous, I believe upper management changed and has really killed this location.
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

First time going to this particular Goodwill. I was really surprised by the pricing on many items. They seem to want to price collectibles/memorabilia at full retail or above. One example - there are some Def Leppard posters that seem to have been distributed to all the Goodwill locations in the area. This location specifically is trying to get $20 a piece for them and none of them are in perfect condition. Every other Goodwill I saw them at was selling them for $5.

Great place to donate items and pick up bargains in decent condition.

Their pricing model is out of touch with reality, it’s used items that shouldn’t be priced at new or more prices.

I donate frequently and shop frequently. I wish customers could still try on clothes. This new policy limits the items I'm able to buy.I'm also saddened that the policy was put into place because people steal. I wish I could offer a better solution.

My only complaint is that due to shoplifting, the fitting rooms are permanently closed. Hard to buy without trying on first

The prices need to come DOWN. Paying more than new $ for a lot of things in here.

Five stars because the staff is always incredibly helpful and kind. Like any second hand shop, stock is hit and miss. This is a smaller store and well organized. They usually have a great selection of clothing. The book section keeps getting smaller but I often find gems. Not my go to for furniture, although I’ve found a few things over the years. They very often have a good amount of frames and art. And you can’t beat the color of the week deals.

I absolutely love goodwill I have been going all my life and will continue to go, just very sad to see how it’s progressing. I asked the associates if i could take the cart to my car to unload all my stuff and they told me yes, when i finished unloading, there was this lady who followed me out to my car and starting yelling at me after I was already given permission to take it to my car to unload, I continue to shop at this location but always get looked down by this women, highly disappointing to see how much it has changed over the years.
