This visit was our second time working with Susan. She is delightful, giving us plenty of time to shop on our own for a new recliner. She was so helpful on showing us features on our new chair. We are happy with our purchase and happy to see Susan again.

Excellent customer service from Susan @ Grand Outlet!Bought a couch , kitchen island ( that was to be put together) & a TV console on a Friday. All was delivered at 12 noon next day. Design consultant named Taylor gave me a world class experience as she assisted me in looking at furniture all over the showroom floor and made meaningful suggestions about what I could buy. I was greeted by Shane when I walked in the door. He took the time to tell me about the current sale and then asked me if I was looking for something in particular. I said I was browsing and he said he would be available if I needed any help. He didn’t hover while I shopped but was available when I needed help. I came back to make my purchase and he was excellent at explaining the warranty. It was a great , no pressure experience and I would definitely buy from Grand/Shane again.
