I am a 100% happy customer of Great Clips, in the Valley View Mall in Roanoke, VA! This was my first time using Great Clips. I could not be happier.
I haven’t had a real hair cut since before COVID. Yes, I really needed a cut. I have hairstylist STEPHANIE to thank for all of her work. She was pleasant and worked with ease throughout my appointment.
The online website was easy to use. When I got there, I was greeted by the smiling faces of the staff.
The salon was clean and comfortable..very well lit. The prices were very reasonable. When we left the shop, my husband said, “Well, I can tell that this is your new place! You’re very happy!”
And he was right!

Emma cut my hair! Somehow she was able to work around my receding hairline to frame my face quite nicely! I've been reading about air and water signs for a bit now and I still don't get it. I'll have to go back in a few weeks anyway Great clips doesn't need your info though

Friendly but they don’t all have same work ethic. Some people don’t want to be there and do a half the job even when you tell them what you want. They make every excuse why they can’t do something whereas the do-workers happily oblige and it comes out perfect.Requested style: Pixie tapered

Worst experience ever I checked in on line got the there's nobody in there 4 workers just sitting there an looking at us 1 was eating nuts the one person who finally waited on us had a attitude from hell she checks us in rest still sitting there the one girl that look like like a boy offered to cut my sons hair until I realize she had no clue wat she was doing I don't recommend this shop for nobody an the girl wit the short blond hair looking like a dude don't need to be there working Period

I had a stylist mess up while cutting my hair. Luckily, the owner Brittany found some time in her day to fix my hair! It may still be short, but she evened out the layers and softened the edges around my face. She is a life saver!!!!! For her awesome job I am giving 4 stars. She was very accommodating and friendly.

Seriously just got the BEST haircut I have had in a long time! The stylist Brittany did exactly what I asked for and did it perfectly! I was a walk in a little after 5pm immediately greeted had my info put into the computer and in the chair getting my cut in less than 5 mins! Hands down rating it 10/10! Most definitely will be back next month when I am over here for more work training!

My girls name was Skylar, I have a short cut....she completely cut off my neck hair that was supposed to be just trimmed down, she didn't know how to tapper around my ears so she was just going to leave it and then she ask another girl to finish my hair because she didn't know how.....I'm glad I have good hair because she didn't completely destroy it but the back is all wrong, now I know why they are so cheap, they don't know what they are doing....then when finished, Skylar was to busy talking to the other customers there and yhe girl that finished me, just left me setting there so I evitualy I got up cleaned myself off of hair and paid, poor poor service, and Skylar doesn't know what she is doing, will never go back!!
