Fantastic & Whimsical. The funnest time I’ve had in a store in a long time. The owner is super friendly & helpful as well. I only wish this were a chain so all my friends could check it out.

Went into this shop for the first time a few days ago. Loved everything in the store! Unique pieces, very friendly staff. I walked away with just one item but could have purchased so much more :-) I definitely plan to return to this store whenever I'm in the Roanoke area.

Thanks to Katie from Gypsy Palooza and the sweetheart from Artsy June, I got my gorgeous Gypsy Palooza hair clip back that I'd accidentally left at Artsy June ❤️. They walked all the way over to Billy's to bring it to me while my bestie and I were dining. Gypsy Palooza has so many magical and whimsical clothes and accessories and being there made my day!
