Our 2022 Rav4 was rear-ended in August and after talking to insurance company we to it to Haley to have it worked on and it has been setting on their lot in the same spot but when we call them they lie and say that it is on the rack being taken apart so they can see what all needs to be done to fix it. I don't understand why they feel the need to lie , if they have not gotten to it say so. We are still making our payments and keeping insurance on it just so it can set on the lot, we just want it back to enjoy before the lease runs out on it. All I can say is this is not a way to treat someone or to run a business.

I brought my 2022 Corolla here for an oil change. A week later my car was leaking oil onto my garage floor. My brother checked it out and found the new oil filter was not installed correctly and was leaking oil. This week I decided to trade my EUV in for another new car with them and they ignored me, played games and then on my way to the dealer told me there's no market for electric vehicles and they won't accept it for a trade. Their service techs need to go back to school and their sales team know nothing about selling or buying cars. Definitely GO SOMEWHERE else to get your next car or your car serviced!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

Do not take your car here for inspections. they will knit pick everything and want to charge you a fortune to repair what they won't pass. I had to let them put a rejection on it and I took it to another place the next day and they passed it without question. these people are crooks. will not go back there then they will make you wait longer than they say to get your vehicle. highway robbery at its finest!!

Had my Highlander inspected and ended up having to get the brakes redone and all is working well and it passed inspection. Dixie is wonderful to work with and she always looks out for me. I have been a customer for a long time with Haley and the service department has changed over the years. I agree with some that the prices have gone up, but they have everywhere unfortunatly. Again, I have no problem with anything as long as I work with Dixie... she takes care of things.

they will charge you 3x the price listed for services on their website for a simple diagnosis. if you call them out on it, they will reduce it to 1.5x the price listed on the website. not to be trusted.

I have been a long time customer at Haley Toyota of Roanoke. Granted, my last new car purchase was in 2015 before I retired. Now that it's not new, the service is poor. Sitting in here for 1 1/2 hours now for an oil change, and waiting has become the norm here. My customer service person can hardly speak. (We aren't all lucky enough to get Dixie when we come in.) Was considering a new Toyota soon, and I used to rave about Haley to everyone. Not anymore. And I really want a Toyota, but don't know if I'm willing to deal with this place anymore.

I am new to Roanoke, and needed an oil change for my Tacoma. Scheduling online was easy and they got me in the next day. What followed once I arrived was very poor customer service in a variety of ways. Including not performing the oil change correctly and having an extensive amount of oil leak from the car onto my driveway. I had to take off and drive back the next morning to fix the issue. I sent emails to two managers advising them of my experience and they never responded. I would recommend taking your Toyota somewhere else.

Scammers on used cars. Car listed at one price, but wanted to add $1400+ in garbage fees. I checked on Cargurus and they increased the price by over $2000 after I inquired and made an offer! The car wouldn't pass inspection and they wouldn't fix it to sell it at a reasonable price. I mean, they are a dealership and repair shop! WTF? Don't bother shopping here!

After moving to the area I had my wife take her 2020 4Runner here for an oil change since she came out before me. I usually do maintenance to my own vehicles since time and time again I have found most service techs and many mechanics to be severely inexperienced and/or incompetent. Normally I have found dealerships to have a better track record and not do more damage than good as many other shops usually do. Hence why I had her take her vehicle into this dealership for service. Upon my arrival to the area I checked her vehicle to make sure the job was done adequately and there were no missing or out of place parts which is very common when putting your vehicle in the shop for service or repairs. I found missing bolts from the skid plate and the oil filter housing was hanging on by a few threads. It was obviously started but whoever did the service failed to seat it let alone put a wrench on it to properly seat the housing. It was so lose I was astonished it hadn't fallen off and dumped the motor's oil out. We got very lucky with that one! Now onto the parts department. Be warned when going here, they don't have many parts on hand and will have to be ordered and it will take a week to get there. That is if the parts cashier actually orders the parts after you pay for them. Then makes the excuse when you come in to pick them up on the day they said it would be there, then says "oh, they must have been ordered from another warehouse." Lmao! Overall, avoid the service and parts department here like you would the plague. Order the parts online, they'll get to you sooner and probably cheaper and do you're services yourself. They're not very difficult. If you have no other option than use this dealership be sure to check EVERYTHING that could have been touched by a service tech before you drive away. Hopefully this review saves people from the possibility of thousands of dollars of damage and days of headaches by going here.

Had my first checkup. After 6 months I figured I would get an oil change but they said that they do it at one year. When I had a Subaru they did an oil change every 6 months nomatter your mileage and they did oil changes for ever. Why doesn't Haley Toyota do the same than their competitors in the area? They need to treat their customers the same as their competitors to keep their customer base?

I have a 2016 Toyota Tacoma with the third brake light recall. Let alone it took from thanksgiving until after new years to get the truck back, the gasket around my back glass was messed up in the process. I spoke to my service advisor and she said her manager wanted to look at it (Hoyt). He says that he isn't going to replace anything due to them not doing it. Well, I certainly didn't do it. He also states that my Tacoma already looks bad so what does it matter. Nice to know you spend $40,000 at a Toyota dealership and they inform you that your truck looks bad. I'd stay away from here if you can, the 2.5 star rating says it all.

Chelsea is gone and the services that I have received have convinced me to not buy a Toyota. I only love and buy Toyota and Lexus, but the service that I received from Chelsea was better than the service that I receive at the Lexus dealer. My family and friends have several Toyotas and several Lexus cars (7 Lexus, 4 Toyotas). The Toyota dealer would work on both my Lexus and Toyotas, would wash the cars, and accept them at any time. The last time that I took my car, I bought 4 new tires. The experience was enough to convince me to never return. Mechanically everything was fine, but the service were suboptimal, the stress from being short of staff was palpable. My only choice now is Lexus, the good news is that they pickup and drop off my car and leave a loaner each time. The service they provide has always been almost perfect. My next dream purchase was a Land Cruiser, but now I will settle for the Lexus LX480 (cost the same). I did not complain. I also say nothing instead of giving bad reviews.

Pretty rude Customer Service rep (Melisa) who won let me finish my sent and kept interrupting over and over again. Her story also did not add up. First she said that I have to drop my car off for couple days for someone to do a diagnostic test, and it will be Monday before a you can even look at it. if that is Monday then why are you asking me to drop the car off today.... beats me. There was no supervisor available at the time OR the crew was smart enough to not mention one upon asking. Either way, I would suggest staying away from this repair show. Customer facing Service repair personnel should be having some people skills and invite/build relationship and trust with customer so that a customer feels welcome. It seems like Melissa at Haley Service department is trained to shoo customers off and busy eating her Dunkin' Donuts breakfast.

They had my 4 runner for 3 months first they texted me and said it was ready but they noticed something wrong with the bumper, a week later said it was ready (the first time) went there and the bumper wasn't right. So another month went by and i got a call saying that it was ready, we went there and of course it wasn't ready poor paint didn't replace the fog light that the deer hit and on top of that my license tag was not on my car and didn't know where it was. So finally go another call last Thursday saying once again it was ready, so we went there on Friday to hopefully pick up (3 times trying) and it was finally ready went inside and right off the bat went straight to the bill and i told them that i wasn't going to pay because of the service and how i have been treated they need to get a manager so I could talk too. Finally a manager showed up after trying to argue with me he finally let me tell my side of the past 3 months (and if i had to get a rental car how much it would have costed me) finally at the end the manager looked at the estimator and said this was f**** embarrassing take care of this and walked away. Went to leave and the 4 funner wouldn't start and to jump it off and i had to pay 160 plus for a new battery. It was poor service from the start to the finish and not one employee from Haley ever apologized to me just wanted me out of there building.
