Haven’t stayed here, but I’ve visited the restaurant/bar a few times. The one thing bringing me back is Stevie, the bartender. She’s amazing! The service is impeccable, and she’s super friendly.

Rooms were very clean, bathrooms were large compared to other hotels and very quiet considering it was close to the airport.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! We reserved a King Premium room months ago with points. We are Diamond members. At check in we were given 2 queens with a really old bathtub. One bed was shoved against the wall, a couch that really didn’t belong was crammed next to the other bed. There was no desk. The shade was broken so light was shining in the window. We asked to be moved to another room only to be told the football team caused them to be sold out. I asked for a refund of points. We will let management know about this mess. There was no manager on staff at check in. The desk person claimed we didn’t get the room we reserved because the “system” made an error. Would not stay here again!!! Very poor services all around.

We are Platinum Members with Holiday Inns (we have over 200,000 points) we have traveled cross country a few times. We should have read the reviews first !! Older style room, phone not connected to front desk, no ice bucket, towels were thin and useless. Had kids running in the halls at 11:00 pm so finally I went out and asked them to stop. 11/18/23. When checking out I tried to tell the front desk person and he did not hear me I question as to whether he was deaf or not. I repeated myself directly to his face and then he heard me.....Left a 5 am so didn't have breakfast, WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. !!!!

Beautiful new hotel. This is 2 hotels in one. Holiday Inn/Candlewood Suites. I'm not sure how new this is but I think it's still in the works of being furnished. The room have a large fridge, a 2 eye stove, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. It's set up like an exteded stay. I had to switch my room because the fridge had leaked on the floor and carpet (room 307). The second room was missing the desk chair and some outlets and light fixtures did not work (room 504). The lamp on the table did not work. Once the hotel is finished and is proper status I think it will flourish nicely. The hotel does not have an airport shuttle. I'm an airline employee and we only stayed here because our contracted hotel was under renovation. One major issue for this hotel is that it only has ONE ELEVATOR. I g guess one is better than none. They do have a restaurant on site. I did not eat there because I went out and did a little local shopping and ate elsewhere. There's a Zaxby's that's fairly within walking distance. I didn't get pics of the pool or gym that's on-site, sorry

First time staying here. We had a King room on 5th floor. I was so surprised to see a trundle bed. Great asset if you have kids traveling with you. This was the first time ever seeing one in a room no matter where we have stayed. Room was clean, plenty of hot water and very comfortable bed. I would stay here again.

We use one of the conference rooms for our monthly gatherings and have enjoyed their food and service.

It's just mediocre. Nothing special. We got the wrong kind of room (not a big deal to us, but strange). One of our beds was sunken in while the other was more firm. Our tile floor was a little bit sticky. The halls were dimly lit.Rooms: The rooms were nothing special. All the right amenities with nothing outstandingSafety: The halls had an empty and dark feeling to them. Lights above each doorway did not light up the rest of the hall enough to feel cozy. Just a bit unnerving

Definitely ruff around the edges. Even with new renovation that were obviously done on the cheep. Not a fan of the black carpet in the rooms. Trying to not turn on lights to disturb partner sleeping to find something on the floor hides by the black carpet.Breakfast is an extra charge.

I've picked some not so great hotels in the past, but this one has hands down got to be the worst one that I have been to ever. Please don't waste your time or money staying here! I could tell as soon as we walked in the door and started down the hall to the elevators that this was not going to be good, but it was 100 in the morning and we had been up for almost 24 hours at the point which included the 5.5 hour drive to get to this hotel. There was smell that permiated throughout the entire hotel and our room of old, musty and dirty. The floors were littered with just stuff, the laundry room, which we had to pass on the way to our room had trash all over the floor and you could tell there had not been any cleaning in there for a bit. When we got to our room lets just say that its a good thing that i always bring my own cleaning supplies with me because I had to wipe down just about everything! I literally had to scrub the bathtub before Id step in a take shower because it had not been cleaned out in who knows how long. It was apparne that it was simply rinsed but never cleaned. The bathroom floor had stuff all over it and surfaces of the nightstands had permanent stains and spills on them. I had to clean the mirror as the streaks were so bad I could not see myself. The smell was the same and the ac had been turned down to 62 degrees which we figured out was probably to cover the smell of the whole area. The furniture was stained and just not inviting at all.The walls are so thin that I was woken up at 500 am by a man in the hallway outside of my room talking as loud as he could to no one, and even being on the second floor the sounds of anyone talking outside by the window sound as if they are in the room with you.Their "business center" consists of one outdated desktop computer and a wireless printer that will not connect to anything to print. I had to stand at the front desk for about 15 minutes trying to ask about the printer while there was literally no one at all around. Finallly the front desk cleark for the Candlewood Suites side just happen to mention that the front desk staff had all apparently left to go to lunch, and she didn't know much about how to connect the printer (this business center was one of the biggest reasons that I chose this hotel) The website is completely false. The free coffee in the mornings is just the old leftover coffee from overnight with hardly anything to use in the coffee itself. No creamer and very little sugar.Coming back from dinner on the second night my fiance and I came through the side door which was supposed to only be accessable to guests with a key card, but it was being propped open with a big rock for anyone to come and go and it stayed like that the remainder of the night as I went down a handful of times to smoke. The ONLY good thing I can say about this hotel is that the bed was comfortable, until I was woken up by loud hall dwellers.Save yourself the time and trouble and just go to the Hilton Garden Inn...I wish I had this time around.

Room was clean and front desk were nice. My main sticking point was that their website says complimentary shuttle to the airport, but they apparently don’t have that anymore. I would suggest updating the website because I chose this hotel partly because they offered a shuttle.

Over all not quite a 5 store location, breakfast needs work for the price, rooms are clean and very roomy for sure very little reaction with staff, they seem a little nervous but friendly well they will smile at you.

Rooms were okay. Beds were super comfortable. Staff was helpful. But the hotel was showing it's ageRooms: Rooms were decent, limited amenities.Nearby activities: Close to the airport.
