Good store but difficult to locate

I love buying from Hollister online, but this store is absolutely awful. They have such little merchandise in stock that it looks like they are going out of business. When I was trying to find the store, I walked past it twice; it doesnt even have a sign that says Hollister. I have attached a picture of the entrance... see my point? This legitimately does not look like a functioning business, inside or out. I guess Hollister is just an e-commerce brand now.

Do not order online you wont get your stuff or money back for when they dont ship your stuff and then it becomes a hassle and waiting game! Just go in store avoid the hassle this is the 2nd time they have done this to me!

The employees were very rude, had no clue where their merchandise was located & when I did an exchange I was somehow charged for tax instead of it just being even. At that point, I didn’t care if they took my $5. Good riddance! I’ll definitely continue to do shopping for my 12 yr old online if this is the atmosphere I’m entering in to. I work retail myself & this was a disgrace.

I would give -10 if possible. BEWARE if you purchase something (I had initial receipt) and when returning decide your going to get something else and pay the difference with the new purchase upon trying to return second items I was told I would get “store credit” even when I had my initial receipt and the new receipt. Not taking store credit when I used my bank card and had my receipt. Will not shop at this store no more and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either. Poor customer service.
