When employees tell you they don't have multiple things and you go a few isles down and find everything for flooding. Workers need to take another walk through of the store because it's not the first time I've been told they don't have something yet I find said things myself by using the app. It should not be this difficult to ask for help finding something. I don't even bother asking anyone for help anymore because it's useless when they are talking to each other and just tell you they don't have it so they can continue their personal conversation. Not the first time this has happened over the last few months. I'm changing stores to one that actually wants to help customers.

Typical hardware store. What makes the difference is customer service. Unfortunately, this Store falls short. If you're looking for an item that is advertised online but not on the floor, good luck trying to find a knowledgeable person to help you.Everyone simply directs you to someone else. And when you finally get to a person who supposedly can help, they are tied up with something wise. Not customer friendly at all.

I have shopped at home Depot for years. Always had a good experience. That is until I needed a few appliances. Bought a fridge and the whole process was a disaster. Should have learned my lesson but I didn't so when my washer broke I went and got a new SET. Put it on my home Depot card and delivery was scheduled. All is good right? Nope. This happened on September 13. After 5 days with no washer, delivery crew shows up with two dryers no washer. The set was ordered wrong in the store by the employee. That's okay. People make mistakes. Kept one dryer and sent the other one back with the delivery crew. Called the store to get them to bring out the washer and they told me it would be over a week before I could get it. That was unacceptable. Called Lowe's. They had both in stock and could have them delivered the next day. Called home Depot back. Told them to come pick up the dryer and cancel the order. A week went by. Nobody showed up two weeks went by. Nobody showed up called home Depot set up a pickup date. No one showed up on that date. Call home Depot back. They set up another pickup date. Nobody showed up. Finally, after the 3rd attempt, the delivery crew showed up to pick up the dryer. The date is now November 16th. The dryer sat in my garage for 3 months waiting for them to come pick it up. Meanwhile, the washer and dryer are still on. My home Depot account. Said that it would be credited once they received the dryer. It is now December 1st and it is still on my account and when I call home depot to speak with someone they put me on hold and hang up. If you were thinking about buying an appliance from home Depot, think again. I will never purchase a another appliance from any home Depot again.

The manager with the Scottish accent and the white beard was amazing 10/10, definitely a perfect example of what a manager should be. Helped me out tremendously with a dryer cord after I had a bad experience with a salesman. He should get a raise.

Very helpful associate (young man) helped me find one of two items I was seeking. I appreciated his help—there did not seem to be many workers. We couldn’t find 2nd item — even though website indicated it was in stock. Ended up that I drove across town for a $5 item and left without the more expensive item. Waste of time that was not necessary if the site had been accurate.

I needed a tape measure and an associate named Su helped me. He had a lot of insight on which one to buy and a humor to accompany it.

I am giving four stars only because this location ultimately did not have the part I needed. However, the kind associate who took the time to help me look for an alternative was extremely helpful. Great, prompt customer service overall, especially compared to the Lowe’s nearby. We will definitely be coming back to this Home Depot!

Would prefer to shop here but never have what I’m looking for. Walked out the past 2 times for lack of inventory and customer service.

We went there to get a freezer and we wanted to pick the freezer up at the store instead of having it delivered and they do not have delivery to the store. They had to order the freezer because they didn’t have any in stock and we couldn’t order it and have it shipped to the store to pick up at the store. They had to use the store address as a delivery address for third-party vendor to deliver it to the store, which I’m not impressed with especially since we’ve had trouble before with the delivery people that Home Depot uses they do have a lot of good products and good things but Weese and Roanoke Virginia. I would think twice about ordering something that Hass to be delivered or shipped to the store.

5* for the young man, not the manager. I love our Home Depot stores, but most importantly I love them because of the young men and women like the gentleman Greg at the 220 store in Roanoke County. My husband is a builder, we have been in this business for years, myself, I work in the medical field. We recently decided to purchase this large lot of land and build ourselves our dream home, barn, shop and three builds for various reasons. Every single time we have come into this store we have had this young man's help. He never points us anywhere, he takes us. We were in there a couple of weeks ago and my husband had been a little bothered and didn't want to explain to me at the time why, but then did last night and I was a little outraged. This young man has a slight stutter, and one of his supervisors, definitely not superior by no means, had been mocking him with another employee as he walked away from her. My husband feels certian that she is the manager, I have yet to verify if that is true. I can't imagine anyone should be in a leadership role would act so poorly with other employees against one especially that she or he is responsible for guiding and mentoring. In today's world we often blame the youth for how things will be, but let's consider how well this young man has obviously been raised up and guided to carry himself the way that he does and to do so even still in that type of negative surroundings. Shame on management, If that's how you choose to treat your employees who struggle with speech, it appears that you don’t hide your disability any better.
