Avoid this location if you want to be treated like dirt. I came in an hour after they open to return an item giving them plenty of time to get their stuff together. I waited at the counter for 20 MINUTES without being acknowledged and while workers just looked me up and down without saying a word. When the rude cashier finally helped me she laughed in my face. I proceeded to ask for the manager from another very helpful cashier and it seems as though they recommend treating customers who spend like dirt. After reading the other reviews I can definitely see why this place his an awful rating. You can get better service at a rundown dinner than Home Depot. For the owner of the store if you're reading this, please get your elderly employees better customer training, if not send them on their way to retirement and get someone in there who WANTS TO WORK and treats PAYING CUSTOMERS with respect

Ordered flooring on 04/27 came in damaged "it happens" was told by Jason when reordered they could not cut to my needs ?????, 2nd time came in damaged was told by Sandy we will get you $$ off and we can cut to your needs, 3rd order came in damaged spoke with Jason again said I can't get there till tomorrow afternoon 05/13/21, he said I will be here and have it on roller for you to look at arrived at 4:30pm no Jason waited for over 30 min to be told the flooring was buried under pallets. Do you want to order it again? "SERIOUSLY" spoke with assistant manager he said I don't know anything about it!!!! not let me look into it and see what I can do, or can you give me a chance to find out what we can do to make it right NOPE!!! very un professional and absolutely some of the worst customer service I have every encountered. Called Lowes while still at Home Depot ordered flooring and guess what 05/14/21 your flooring is ready to be picked up and wow NO DAMAGE!!! Lowes you have my business going forward!!!

I don't understand bad ratings. I was greeted on arrival to the store. Someone reached out to me to extend help when he saw me going from aisle to aisle. Counter employees were friendly and offered advice. Overall a great experience with customer service which is becoming rare these days.

Outraged! Purchased new appliances to be delivered today between 3:30pm and 7:30pm with a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arrival. At 7:20pm, nothing. I called and was told there was no way to track driver but it showed "en route". 9:10pm, nothing. Called back and was told the same thing...no idea where he/she is and oh, by the way, that driver probably wont show today because they aren't supposed to deliver after 8pm (why wasn't I told this on the first call?). Probably

So I purchased a ridgid tool set cost quite a bit and any other company would have honored their warranty. I called Home Depot they more less said too damn bad. called ridgid with no problem at all resolved my problem. I will no longer go or purchase from Home Depot and I suggest no one else either.

Susan in the electrical area knows her stuff. She was able to help us find what we could use in our 91 year old house. Love that Susan doesn't just walk around stocking, or like in some stores, avoid people.

This is not about Home Depot. I am writing to warn you against purchasing LG appliances. I purchased an LG appliance suite in November 2015. Within 10 months, all appliances except the microwave required some type of repair. The microwave, only because we didn't hang it until this year. We had to redo our cabinets to get it to fit. It broke after less than 10 uses. LG offered to repair the microwave. I am still paying for a set of what are now refurished appliances. That is not okay with me. It speaks volumes to the quality of their products and quite frankly they should be more than willing to replace everything at this point. They are not. They do not stand by their products. Beware.

Ordering a refrigerator from Home Depot has been a disaster from start to, well , no finish. First, I ordered the appliance and asked the salesperson for information about connections. He was unable to provide any information. I then contacted a store manager and he was no more help. Next, I learned that it would be three weeks before they could deliver the appliances. Okay, so I'm not in a big rush. The day before the delivery they called and told us they would arrive between 4 and 8 p.m. My husband took off from work to stay home and receive the delivery. Shortly before 8 o'clock he was contacted to be told that they wouldn't be able to get there until 9:30 p.m. or so and they really didn't want to deliver in the dark so they wanted to reschedule. Not only did he waste four hours away from his business ( and lose 4 hours of pay ), but they now say they would be unable to deliver for another week.! Unfortunately in order to prepare for the refrigerato, he had to take the doors off of the house to make it wide enough for the appliance to be brought in. We, of course , had also made arrangements to have someone take our old refrigerator, so now we will be without one for at least a week. Although the appliance was a good deal, at this point I'm about ready to cancel the order and go elsewhere and pay a little bit more so as not to have these hassles. Clearly, I cannot recommend buying anything to be delivered by Home Depot!
