I used to enjoy the hours that they were open. Until 6 on Friday and open on Saturdays. Now they are only open 9to 5 Monday through Friday. How are we supposed to do banking now. I work just like everyone does 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. No Saturday hours. All the other banks have Saturday hours. What happened to customer service at this bank. It's gone . I am very frustrated about the new hours of operation. I think that I will be looking for a new bank that will accommodate my banding needs

The individual branches are great! The corporate office support stinks! Their customer service and follow through is horrid so I just avoid calling anyone other than someone at my personal branch!!

Absolutely hate this bank. It takes 24 hours for my checks to hit my account and they’ve changed they’re hours 3 different times since taking over, without sending notice to members. Extremely inconvenient. Wish hometown was still around

HomeTown Bank switching to American National was the worse thing ever for there past customers. Changes in policies, procedures, hours of operation ect. were all supposed to be minimum but were horrible and still occurring.

Employees awesome. The one star is about the actual operations of the banking system. If you deposit in cash, it is fine. Deposit your check from work, up to 5 or 6 days. Refunds from other company’s is even longer. This was not an issue with hometown. They are quick to checks out if written or electronically done but for some reason everything else must take longer. It is more to gain the money than to help the customer want to stay. I want a bank that cares about their customers and to feel safe with their money.... they do not give me that feeling. Remember the actual employees are nice. This branch can only do so much for the larger picture.

Not very impressed. Had to get a cheque cashed from a job that banked here & they did not give me a reciept. When I asked for one directly, they stated they "don't do that". A transaction reciept is standard from any banking service. I have to keep records, same as they do. I would not bank here.
