The team at HomeTrust Bank is exceptional, the best I have ever had. I have had experience with several other banks across the US, over my 55 years of working professional, but I stayed at HomeTrust Bank because of this amazing team. I have been treated with utmost respect, and my needs were always quickly addressed-from local to international banking. I love how they greet me with my name and make me feel as the most important person for them. Thank you Linda and Precious from Roanoke, VA! You are AMAZING!

I have no idea where the Starkey branch is. I wanted to get my September statement including which included interest paid. I got my Monday balance. I know I'm in the ballpark but I don't now which checks cleared. You have added new security requested a telephone number which shuts me out. Neither of my phones work. The landline is out completely and as of yesterday(10/7) I can sometimes make calls on my cell. I no longer drive so I my normal trips out aren't happening at the moment. You can look at my address in North Carolina and understand my problems.

Because of the most rude inconsiderate and unprofessional staff at this and both other branches we have moved our accounts to a different bank. Our review is that this bank is unprofessional, and hateful.
