The service my daughter received does not warrant a 1 star rating. My daughter went to Priority Honda with a 717 credit score wanting to purchase a car with no down payment. She was working with Jacob Taylor on getting financed. She told him 3 times that she did not have the funds designated for a down payment. It was understood. After checking with banks for financing, the financing manager, DC, told Summer she will need a down payment of $1100 to get the car she picked out. Summer told him she doesn't have a down payment. He asked how much money did she have in her bank account. She said she had $500 in the bank. He went back and stayed gone for 15 or so minutes. He returned and told her she can put down $750 to get the car. My daughter said she didn't have the funds to a down payment. She said, I have a great credit score and the car costs $20,000 so I should ve able to leave with a car. So, DC started to yell at my daughter and was belittling her and trying his best to make her feel guilty about having him "waste" two hours trying to get her financing. He was trying to pressure her to spend the rest of her money in her account (meant for living expenses for the rest of the week) on the down payment and to put the remaining $250 on a credit card, which she didn't have. DC told her multiple times to sign up for a credit card for the down payment. My daughter was not going to budge because she told Jacob multiple times that she wasn't going to put a down payment. My daughter left the dealership and came home. DC called her back and said that he got her down payment down to $497. Since my wife and I heard everything DC did to our daughter while she was at the car dealership (she had us on video chat), we were disgusted that he had the audacity to call our daughter back after the horrible way he conducted himself while she was at the dealership. We want everyone who reads this review to be weary of DC and how he conducts business. He is not to be trusted because of the lack of integrity and values.

I would never go here, my Nana just recently went there to get her car inspected and they cut her motor mount and failed her car and tried to make he pay to have it fixed among other things as well. I always never liked this place, now I see why.

Walked on to lot and said we want this car. Wrote them a check with no haggling. Getting extras we paid for up front has been a nightmare. And then they tried to charge us for things we had paid for. Sales, service and parts seem to have no communication or relation the each other. Sales associate clueless as to what she sold, parts does not notify when parts come in, and service didn't have us in their system. A real sh*t show.

Worst dealership in the area. They never return calls, they are rude with customers. I've made several calls and since they never called back, I went there. They were extremely rude. I could write a book about my bad experiences with them. We've purchased 6 cars from them and never again!

Stay away from this dealership as they have zero integrity!!!! I found a Honda Accord on-line and ask for the best price before waisting anyone's time and energy with a visit. After several emails I received a quote with a reduction of approximately $3000 from the sticker price. By the time I made it to the dealership ( had to wait until I was fully vaccinated) they still had 2 cars EXACTLY like the one I saw on-line. Same color, options, and price to the penny. However they waited until after I had waisted several hours test driving and looking at the car to tell me they could no longer honor that price but they would give me a whopping $750 off the price now just to be nice. Of course they used the semiconductor shortage as an excuse but that was going on when they quoted the previous price( they even mentioned it prior to the quote). This is unacceptable . While there may be a shortage of semiconductors there is no shortage of cars on their lot.......and now I see why. Take your business elsewhere if you believe in honesty and integrity. If they will treat you this way before purchasing a car there is no telling how you will be treated afterwards.
