This was absolutely the best hotel experience we have had in a long time! The room was really clean, and the staff was super attentive and full of personality. The hot breakfast was great!

The location and hotel is perfect! The room has everything! It's nice to have a TV, lounge area, then a partial divide for the double beds! The kitchen was set up beautifully with nice clean glassware. The breakfast was Real eggs, fresh yogurt, fresh berries, real bacon and biscuits and gravy! The pool is huge, 6 feet! Very nice and warm! And hey you can get a nice meal, a nice upscale drink and much more! Finishing their new renovation! Well with the stay!!

We love this hotel! We stayed in another hotel in this area and this one was only a couple dollars more and WAY better! Lovely room, spacious, and nice quality.

Great place to stay. Although they are doing renovations currently they are doing their best to provide. The only thing I have to say is the room had no microwave I had to ask for one besides that I'm having a great experience

Great experience. Booked a room via Hyatt app late at night. Easy to find location right off the highway. Check in was easy. Clerk was courteous and welcoming at a late hour. Room was clean and comfortable.Upon arriving at home we had realized that my daughter left her toiletries bag in the room. When I called the hotel I spoke with Robin who quickly located it and explained how the return would work. We communicated a few times via email and within a few days my daughter’s belongings were back home with us. Robin and staff really went above and beyond what most people would do to help out. I really appreciate him and the staff at this hotel. Robin is a real assets to Hyatt. Thanks again, Robin!!!

Our most recent stay was for one night, checking in on December 25, 2023.The hotel has been undergoing room renovations, and our room (0521) had been updated - with a few minor knockdown items to finish up.The new design is fresh and clean with a more open and bright palate. The new glass shower doors were lovely, and overall we enjoyed the room. The staff was friendly (especially the two Melissas at the front desk). This is a great place to spend the night and we look forward to staying here again soon.

The first room that we were given had makeup smeared all over the bedspread and heating unit, so we returned to the front desk and requested another room. The second room was a little better but as the evening progressed we found that the tissue box had one tissue remaining and the HVAC unit cycled on and off throughout the night and sounded like a jet engine on takeoff. No sleep for us at all. But wait, there's more. Guests should be informed that the hotel is being refurbished and hallways smell like commercial glue and solvents. The included pictures are of the chair at the desk that was propped against the wall and was held together by one loose bolt, and broke in half when I sat down in it to check my blood pressure. The breakfast that they served was the worst "free meal" that we have experienced at any Hyatt we have stayed at in the past three years. After mentioning all of these issues, the manager apologized profusely and without any hesitation comped our stay. I guess we weren't the only guests to complain about the condition of the building and its staff. I guess it's back to Hilton for us.

Sorry, I will not recommend this location to stay. Discovered a glump of hair was in the toilet, the bed was unkempt, and hand towels were deshuffled. The 4th floor hallway smelt like urine. We checked out immediately to one of Hilton's hotels. The staff was very kind.

First, let me say that we love Hyatt. We look for Hyatts to stay at when we travel because we like them so much. Second, I have never written a bad review of anything on the Internet, but I’m so frustrated w the amount of money we spent versus what we got. Let me set the stage…While driving from Louisiana to PA, we decided to splurge and get a Hyatt room even though we were only stopping in to sleep. This was so disappointing and not worth the 280 we spent. Yes, there is construction going on but that was not the issue. The room felt totally bare bones. There were no bed side lamps, no side tables for the couch to put your drink down, and no room divider. The bathroom was cramped, considering there was a huge amount of unused space in the room. There were hardwood floors so the room was echoey. The tv is in the middle of the room between the couch and bed but doesn’t tilt in either direction so no matter where you sit, you’re at a bad angle. There were dirty plates outside the elevator all night, a wet floor sign hanging in the elevator with no wet floor, and boxes of linens on the floor. The drinks we ordered from the bar came with coffee stirrers instead of straws. Finally, there was only one coffee cup? I asked the check in person if they had renovated the top floor and she said, yes they were working their way down. If that’s true, it is the most poorly designed room we have ever stayed in. We usually stay at the Hyatt in Bethlehem, PA which is the same amount of money but is infinitely better. The night before we stayed in the Courtyard Marriott because there were no Hyatts and that was also infinitely better. Will look at future Hyatt stays with suspicion and we will avoid Roanoke Hyatt forever.

Check your beds at this hotel. Bed bugs and hair all over the place. Disgusting to know they don't use mattress protectors so if you lift the sheet, good luck to you. Renovated rooms lack lighting. Floors and hallways dirty everywhere. Pathetic gym with no free weights, poor processed fake breakfast selection.
