I am a returning customer and as before the service was excellent! Sydney A. did an amazing job and the manager Alyssa was so helpful and kind. It was quick and easy! The vehicle is so nice and I’m hoping to enjoy it for a long time!***UPDATE***So after 8 DAYS…8…my engine needs to be replaced!! Instead of offering to tow my vehicle to them (since I live 1 hour away), I had to risk myself and others driving the car to them. They give me this stinky and unserviced loaner. The engine light and tire pressure light is now on in this vehicle and when I call and express my unhappiness, the GM refused to listen and constantly cut me off. I stated that if this isn’t fixed I wanted my money back. He said he would pack my things from my other vehicle and send me a check but will send someone to get the loaner, and “We can be done with each other.” How disrespectful! I am trying to explain that this company does not do extensive checks in these cars but he refused to listen. All I want is a reliable vehicle. Stay away from this place!

Service dept manager. Is the best had a problem not only did he tow my car for free. Problem was fixed in cple hrs. And he brought car back to me. Ready to go. All within maybe 3. Hrs. Very impressed with my experience. Thanks guys in shop. Are the best

Everyone in the office was great. The best car buying experience that I’ve had!A week after the purchase of my vehicle the check engine light has come on. Brought the car down on Monday 9/25 and after checking the code, was told they would need it all day and to drop it off Thursday 9/28. While I know unexpected things happen, it is alarming that it would happen this soon after purchase and will most like result in me having to pay the $60 deductible for them to fix whatever is wrong.I emailed the general manager on 9/22 about my experience and concerns with the vehicle and have still yet to hear back. Customer service upon purchase was still great, as well as the customer service I received Monday from the maintenance shopbut the customer service from management since( or lack there of) is very disappointing.

had nothing but trouble with this car! and sold me it at brand new car prices! they prey on those who's credit score aren't at it's best. just recently I went to take my car to get it's horn to work as covered by the warranty. they charged me $60 and said nothing was wrong with the horn. I have VIDEO PROOF of heading home and my horn not working. This is just my recent issue over many many times bringing the car back over the last 6 months. plus they left my window down right before storms as my passenger seat got soaked by time I picked it up. Don't buy from here. as they sold my car they try and get you to give a review as soon as you leave. They sold me a lemon at $22,000 for 4 years. Don't make the same mistake!!EDIT: I called the number that was given below and got connected with the Mechanic who was supposed to help me. they tried to avoid the fact they left my car window down and yet said "it was working here so there's nothing I can do." yet still have video proof. I even told them before all this they could take their time for a few days but Insisted it would be ready. Yea good joke there Byrider. EXTREMELY UPSET

Sydney and Alyssa were amazing. Got me in a 2013 hyundai accent. The process was easy even if it did take a few hours. Was able to drive home the same day! Definitely recommend

I’ve struggled a lot on getting a vehicle but once talking to Sydney at byryder things were a lot easier. I was very stressed out and thought I was at my end, but Sydney help me out and help me get a vehicle and it’s the easiest thing that I’ve went through in a long time with all my struggles, and it has truly given me a fresh start!!! Service department will try to scam you. I went in for a warranty repair after failing an inspection somewhere else. The only issue found was my front control arm in the suspension. They tried to fail my inspection again for a cracked muffler and a tail light. The other shop did not find either of these issues. Shame on you. It happened in one day, apparently. I drove it from one shop to Byrider.
