Visited this jiffy lube June 10, 2025 and could not have asked for better service! I was greeted immediately by one of the servicemen ( I am so sorry for not getting his name) who was very helpful and professional. I had my oil changed, tires rotated, wind shield wipers replaced and fluids topped off in 25 minutes for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I have to say this is the second time someone has been rude to me when arriving. I initially had my car inspected there and the woman who inspected my car said the lower ball joints needed to be replaced, WRONG! On top of that she was rude when I came to pick my car up, even a guy that worked there said he would let his manager know. Today I pull up and I was trying to explain that nothing is wrong with my ball joints and the guy at the end was like we aren’t doing inspections today, did you read the sign? Wasnt nice about it. The sign was typed in small letters and taped to the last garage door?? I said no I didn’t read the sign, I can barely see it. I couldn’t even finish explaining why I came back there. So I went down the street and they were just as friendly as could be. I was told not to take my car to Jiffy Lube the first time. I should have listened!

Terrible experience! I do not recommend anyone to take their vehicle here. They changed a front tie rod without an alignment, causing my traction light to blink and feels like something locking up. They refuse to do anything to fix the problem that they caused! Now having to go elsewhere to get an alignment and spend more money that I don't have!

Wasn’t busy took like an hour for inspection. Lots of people standing around. The part that really upsets me is I have a nice vehicle snd well maintained never had issues I pull out of there and something is rattling now on my car after the lady who did the inspection said I need new rear brakes never made a sound before: so I called they said I don’t know?? bring it back we will look at it…hmmm no thanks it didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing in the first place.

They were so nice. I got there first thing in the morning so I had no wait getting my inspection done. They also were so nice the day before when they did my mother's car. She is now their new customer. Ryan is so nice and goes way beyond. We will definitely go back
