If I could give less than one star I would! Joe had my Kia for OVER a year. It had been sitting for about 4 years and I was going to either sale it or keep it if it could be fixed. He said it was the catalytic converter and he had a new one put on and said that it should be good to go. But while he had it and I would call him he would tell me that he needed to run it some more and he would call me but he would NEVER call me. And when I finally got it back it didn't have any gas and barely any oil and the tires were low. And he DID NOT fix the issues cause it was still having the same issues as when it was parked. I would highly recommend NOT letting him fix anything!!!
