Walked into the store 3 times to find the employee sleeping at the register. Then she talked me out of buying shoes. Told me I need to get me regular size and I am like this is my regular size. If an adult comes into a kids shoe store its because they have small feet and usually buy kids shoes. Dont talk to them like they dont know what size shoes they were and try to send them to the adults store.

Ordered shoes for my daughter from Journeys at Valley View Mall. They sent 1 shoe. After a 30 minute call, they refused to send the other shoe and demanded we pick up a pair of shoes at the store an hour from the house assuring us they had the shoes there now. After getting there they did not have the shoes. I would not recommend doing any business with them!

Bought a pair of boots, thought they were the wrong size, and exchange them, later that day I found out I was wrong and the first was correct. Staff sorted it out for me and were incredible helpful and nice the whole time. Nick and Nathan are the best. Highly recommend.

Came to Journeys in Valley View to buy my son a pair of shoes. The staff looked at me when I walked in and didnt immediately try to help me. I asked one of them to help me find a pair of *Vans* like my son likes. The staff said hold on a minute... I waited and waited. Then I heard the staff talking about a customer whom had just checked out and left the store. The staff member was saying *I bet she was lying about being from New York. Her accent doesnt even sound like a New York accent*. The staff then proceeded to make fun of her and say *She was alone on a Saturday so she's probably lame*..
The one doing the most making fun was a boy with a beard, and a cap. He was also wearing shorts. Didnt get his name. He was a little tall, probably 5 ft 11 or 6 ft. I told them I didnt want the shoes anymore I wouldnt support a business that talks about customers like that. The guy was like *Ok. Your choice.* He did apologize, but it seemed fake. I am sure they talked about me too when I left. That is incredibly immature. There are people from everywhere nowadays. Just because the girl didnt have a New York accent doesnt mean she wasn't from New York and just because she was alone on a Saturday doesnt mean she is lame.. She might have been waiting for friends or any number of things... They are very lame for even saying that.. They are also very disrespectful to customers here at this Journeys and I would suggest others to go elsewhere. I ended up buying my son a pair of Vans online.
