Great little music shop with friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Don't let the unassuming exterior deceive you. This is a top notch establishment.
The guys made sure that I and everyone else in the store throughly enjoyed our visit.
I ended up buying a pedal that I had been eyeing for a while. Though I could have got a used one a little cheaper online, I was willing to buy a new one here as a way of tipping the great staff for such a great experience. Highly recommend!

These guys are nothing but the truth! Hands down, they're the best people I have ever dealt with at any type of music/guitar store. Their passion for what they do is really obvious; they could not be more helpful.
The store has a large, fantastic inventory of guitars of all types and price points, and it doesn't matter if the guitar you purchase is $200 or $2000, you are treated the same. I recently bought a relatively inexpensive guitar, and there were some minor issues; they did not question or even hesitate to make adjustments and fix the problems. It is obvious that they really love what they do. They have made me feel like my business is really valued, and they have a customer for life.

I was out of town yesterday, stopped into another store in a fairly good-sized city, and was immediately reminded how fortunate we are to have Kelley’s in Roanoke. When you walk in the door at Kelley’s, you always get a big welcome. They have a large selection of instruments and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They’re a treasure.

I popped in with my son who is guitar crazy. He takes lessons in another place so he was super nervous. He was eyeballing a guitar online to add to his collection but was terrified to go in and ask about it. I finally convinced him to go and it was really very nice. They were super friendly and he got to play a Gibson that he's been dreaming about. I have heard of NOTHING else since. Really very kind people.
